Auto Generate Proof Based on What Is Selected in the Intake Request Form

Many of our documents need to be routed to Legal for review. In our intake request form, we have "Legal Review" as an option. It would be great if someone selects "yes" here for the document attached with the intake form automatically sends a proof of the document to Legal contact for review.
