Assignments Autocomplete Search should provide "smarter" results

It would be nice if autocomplete offered also results with the input in the middle of the name or at least search for words in the fields starting with the search term.

Use Case: Being able to search for user "Henry" "Novak (Wizard)" by typing the string "Wizard"
