Assigning Tasks to Users in Bulk

Yes there are actually a couple of ways to do it. You can simply select all the tasks you want to change (select the first one – hold Shift – select the last one), then hit the Edit button, then Assignment, and make your changes. The other way is to open the project - More tab > Staffing > Scheduling > Swap button, then swap out what you want.
