Archive Projects

Does anyone know if there is a way for the system to automatically archive projects after a certain amount of time? We do hundreds of projects every year and I don't want to have to manually change them from Complete to Archive.

    @Jen Buher‚ Currently, Workfront will not auto-update any object based on a certain amount of time. While this would still be a manual process, you can run a report that filters for old/completed projects and then bulk edit the status, so you don't have to do it one at a time. Similarly, if you want to move them into an "archived" portfolio, you can select all and bulk edit as well.
