Approver Status field in reporting

Having the approver functionality is good to notify a user, however Workfront forgot about how to report on this.

A field that is urgently required for project and task reports is a field/column called:

1. Approver Status

This should show the following:

1. Approved

2. Rejected

This should be an out of the box reporting field/column as you can see and use it on the front end feature.
