Amend custom form fields

We MUST have the ability to amend selections in mandatory drop-down fields after they have been populated, if the scope of a project changes. Currently this is not possible and is not at all logical that the system is designed to prevent amends being made to a field selection just because it is mandatory. This currently means Workfront reporting is inaccurate.

    Can you elaborate a little more? What I think you're saying is possible, but perhaps I'm not understanding...

    We have been told this is not possible. The problem relates to the fact the field is a mandatory multi-select field. Once a selection is made, the field can't be edited later and left blank. We have been told this is working as designed. As a workaround we have had to add a further 'none' option so that the options no longer needing to be selected can be deselected but we have to populate something in the dropdown list. This is not logical and creates us more work.
