Allow user to unlock proof, while it stays locked for guest.

We want the option to keep the proof locked for guests while the user can add to the comments.

We are using the set action functionality to filter the "done" comments and have to unlock. While we do this the customer can add comments to done items which we will not see.

    This would be very help full so we could click the resolve on comments and prevent the users from making new ones at the same time.

    The only way this can be done now is to send out proofs using 1 User login, then resolve the comments using a different User login. So I agree.

    Hi, this could also be done by automated workflows with clients on a separate stage. I don't know the full flow in your cases but if the client would be on a separate stage then it can be separately locked (manually or on decision).

    We do not have the fully automated workflow solution in our account Andrzej Belka. This would be the only reason for upgrading which I find a bit costly. The Solution Bob Miller mentions do not work either for us.
