Allow team to be visible to non-team members for update tagging

We have an approval board with 6 members. Obviously only those 6 members are in this specific team. But currently it's not possible for other users - who want to contact that board as a whole - to tag that team in updates; they have to manually tag each person one-by-one (and of course they can't edit their post if they miss someone).

I'd like the ability to allow teams to be 'taggable' by other users in update posts.
