Allow Task documents to roll up to the Parent Task

Currently, all documents uploaded on a task level automatically roll up to the project level. On a project where there are very different phases and very different documents needed for those phases it is very hard to categorize what documents truly belong where. Trying to find the document you're looking for can be very cumbersome when looking through upwards of 100 documents w/o any organization on the project level if docs were uploaded on the task level.

SOLUTION: Would love to be able to view all of the documents that were uploaded on a child task when viewing the documents tab of the parent task.
