Allow sharing of Gantt chart Report as a Public URL

To be able to share report that displays a Gantt Chart by default (i.e. clear visual, real-time indicator of a project plan progress) to stakeholders who do not need to be logged into Workfront. Other systems do this with relative ease, I feel it is a defining characteristic, one that would be worth advertising to prospective clients
