Allow Requestors to picklist choose deliverables required

A LOT of marketing/agency clients want the ability for the requestor to select from a defined list of marketing products ("A4 Flyer", "Business Cards" etc.) and on conversion to project have those items appear in the template as tasks.

I envisage a mechanism where you can link a template task to a custom field at the issue (request) level, and then have it create a task per field selection in that section of the task list .
