Allow filters for scheduled reports

I would love the ability when setting up repeating deliveries to set a FILTER of the raw data set that is applied when the report is delivered.

• would allow me to use $$USER as requested here
• I could shrink the report timeframe (last 2 weeks) when to orig report is set at 4 weeks
• I could further exclude rows that don't pertain the to recipients

I'd imaging a filter UI in an overlay that is tied to a particular scheduled delivery.

Generating the report would simple ADD additional filters (and this additional filter would not support OR - that would get real messy quick)
