Allow everyone on the project to be able to see documents without manually updating sharing on each document

Currently, if we have an outside partner on a project they can't see any documents we upload unless we manually add them to each doc via the sharing tool. If you're on the project, you should be able to see the documents - even if you're not on the main team using WF.

    Check the access level of your outside partner, you may have turned off their ability to inherit which would cause this issue. You should also look at the project sharing and see if inheriting is turned off as well.
