Allow editing of Commit Date in task list view

Currently, task commit dates can only be set by going into the task details view or the side panel. Many project owners need to track commit dates as well as planned completion date, without assigning the task, or even when assigned. Allowing the editing of the commit date directly from the project task list would speed up the editing of this field
