Allow customers to customize their own layout template

Enable users to select the number of reports by row in the dashboard vs a totally predefined layout. Allow customers to customize their layout as they need to in order to present information in a format most useful to their end users.

Today there are 7 layouts templates to choose from but they are restrictive. For instance, I cannot show two reports side by side followed by one all the way across followed by two side by side again.
