Agile story board management - Should not require a "plan" license

We are finding that individuals need a "plan" license to drag & drop tasks from one column to the next on an agile board.

"Work" licensed individuals have to go into the project plan & change the task status . This is a pain for 2 reasons:

1) creates a bad/manual workflow for a worker who manages work on an agile board

2) By requiring a "plan" license, it's forcing us to allow other people besides PMs to have "manage" access to agile projects.

We don't want this. A worker should be able to easily drag & drop tasks assigned to them, and a PM should be the only one able to change dates in a project.

I know it helps ensure more plan licenses are bought, but could you please re-consider this Workfront?
