Add Updates to Tasks and Issues from View Screens

From the Task and Issue view screen, you can update status and percent complete. However, you can not add an update/note to the task/issue without editing the task itself or clicking on it and going to a different screen. It would be a big improvement if we could also add a short update to the task right from the view screen. Either by right-click or by clicking on a field in the task/issue record.
