Add project status filter to Project > Staffing > Scheduling tool

The scheduling tool on project > staffing doesn't have the project status filter. I want to be able to remove/hide tasks on projects that are on hold or in planning (or status I specify) in this view so that I can make more accurate project staffing decisions. Adding the project status filter option would enable this.
