Add pricing for system admin and report admin

It would be great if there was a different pricing for Systems Admin users and report builders. These are users doing administrative work to implement the system. We have 2 IT users that strictly add and remove users as they are hired/leave the company. And 2 users that are responsible to build reports. It cost prohibitive to pay for a planner license for these users.
