Add "Idea Exchange" Topic to Idea Exchange - There are a LOT of improvement requests for it

I think we need a category under the Idea Exchange topics where we can go to specifically add ideas FOR the idea exchange. I have a list of problems with the idea exchange, but sorting through them all in search is very time-consuming (especially when we all lump several together praying our little idea will get noticed alongside a big one - I am guilty of this for sure).
