Add "hours has been rejected" info to an hour

We wanted to have a report listing all the hours that have been - at some point in time - rejected, so we can see if the quality of our briefings (what time goes on which task) get better.

The problem is, that once an hour was rejected, corrected, submitted and approved, there is nowhere that the status history is saved.
