Add 'folder' to the list of report filters

The new report filter feature is fantastic. However, filtering is limited to:

• Proof type
• Decisions
• Recipients
• Owners
• Creators

It would be useful (particularly for those that have set up a folder structure and made it mandatory) to include folder as an optional filter setting on reports
