Add Default Message

To keep things simple, how about a text button that says ‚ÄòAdd default message’ (see attached).

This would then add in the subject line and message body that is in the personal preferences.

One thing I have noticed with the UI changing on the upload screen.

In the new UI, my custom message is no longer pulling through from my preferences. Where it did on the old UI.

Generally on the 4th version we change the workflow to send out externally along with the custom message. So the message wouldn’t be on the first version of the proof.

We have approximately 300 pages to send out, so that’s a lot of copy and pasting.

One thing to note about the defaults for new versions of a proof pull the defaults from the first version. So if this is a later version and it isn't pulling anything into that custom field, it could be that the original proof doesn't have that on there.

However, if that isn't the case then it could be a problem that we would have to manage with a new ticket. Please submit a new ticket if what I said above wasn't the cause.
