Ability to restrict deleting comments to oneself

Need ability for Project Managers to delete their own comments without being able to delete others (Stakeholders, approvers, etc.). Often, Project Managers are pretasking with basic instructions and have to update those instructions when the work gets closer to when the resource needs to work on it.
