Ability to Remove My Work from Layout

We have some agencies not using the out-of-the-box My Work area (because of Commitment Date issue). What is weird is that we cannot remove the My Work tab in the layout but employees can remove it in their My Settings area. If it can be removed for an individual, shouldn't it be able to be removed at the layout level?

Good question! We have a similar issue, but with Requests, rather than My Work. The out-of-box "requests i've submitted" and "all requests" don't represent what we want to be user facing. We'd like a way to hide these and display our own dashboard with reports in the Request tab.

we need to get everyone to vote on this so we can get WF to add it to the product road map.
