Ability to map manager field in SSO between different companies

With SSO you are only able to map a users manager if they are in the same company. This rule should not be in the system. For an example at Amazon we have multiple different companies such as Amazon and Kiva. If we have these as two companies we can't link the managers even though Kiva teams do report to Amazon.
