Ability to follow people on the Community and Idea Exchange

I would like the ability to follow certain people on the Community and the Idea Exchange to get alerts when they post.

For example:

1) Workfront users/admins who appear to be tackling similar problems to my organization and

2) Workfront product team members posting to the Community or Idea Exchange

3) My team
