Ability to duplicate unresolved comments forward

We'd like to have the ability to select any unresolved comments from one round of a proof and have them display in the current round. This could be done by either allowing for quick duplication of a comment. OR (and I think this might be the better option), create a toggle that would display unresolved comments from previous rounds in the current round, maybe with a visual indicator so they're easy to see as "legacy" comments.
