Ability to disable "My Work" at the company level

currently we're not utilizing my work and have to manual disable it on a user by user basis. Having the ability to control it at the master level on the layout templates would ensure consistent experience

    Yes!

    A small tweak but I think you should be able to do this from the Layout Templates section as well (I think the section you're talking about in the edit People dialog is the same thing I'm talking about in Layout templates) . Right now you cannot remove some of the links that all users see like My Updates (My Work for greater licenses) and the Projects Tab.

    Our use case is we have clients that login to workfront that don't care about workfront. All they want to know is "Where is my project at", "What does Level Data need from me or my team", "How do I move my project forward" they don't want to have to click around to figure out the answers to those questions and having the extra tabs on the page leads to confusion.
