Ability to create bespoke training plans in Ascent - that are reusable

We would like to be able to create our own Training programmes i.e. we may want someone to do the Project Manager training programme, but because of how we work internally, one or two of the modules are not relevant to them, plus we may want to add additional modules (eg. Agile).

So to be able to save these for our user types/roles would save a lot of time and not need follow up emails saying, please ignore these modules.
