Ability to batch upload new versions

Right now, you have the ability to batch upload new proofs, but for new versions of an existing proof, you have to upload one by one. When ProofHQ was a standalone product, it had the ability to batch upload new versions. The software would recognize the name, up until a _v1, _v2, etc. and would determine that this was a new version rather than a new proof.
