Ability to add any WF URL to favorites

currently we can only add URLs based on a business object (TASK, REPORT) - used for grouping.

I'd like the ability to add favorites based on URL

I'd also like the ability to modify the name of a bookmark

Ideally, ability to add a folder structure :)
