2018.2 - Gantt chart tooltips

In the Beta 1 release, there is now a message for when a user is dragging a task to start before the project finish date:

Can a similar message be added when a user is trying to drag a task to start before a constraint date? Not all users have the 'Constraint Date' or 'Constraint Type' columns in their plan (even if constraints are used) so it would be useful to have this message show. :)
