2017.3 RELEASE - NEW EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FORMAT

I have feedback from our users that the new style is not popular, especially the fact you have to scroll to the bottom of the email to see the latest comment/update. Previously this showed at the top and was much preferred and seen as more efficient. We really need this to change as it is causing confusion.

I totally agree with this as well! I wish we were able to go back to the original format for our users. This is not a great production based user experience.

Thanks,
Sean

I absolutely agree with this and am glad to see there is already momentum around changing it!

I would like to go back to our original format.

Our main issue is with the latest notification being on the bottom. We would like to see the updates in reverse chron order, with the latest at the top.

A few users have also complained that the new font makes it difficult for them to copy/paste.

Agree - please revert to previous layout and functionality.

Since the most recent update, when I receive a comment notification in email and click the "Comment" button, I am taken to a new comment dialog box in the corresponding project, rather than a response to the directed conversation. This is incredibly confusing to requesters in our organization as we have spent considerable time training them to understand how comments and replies to conversations work. Agree that layout is not very usable - please revert!

I agree, this slows down the process and workflows we have in place using Workfront.
