Hello! I am trying to add the list found under "This Resolves" in an issue onto an issue report. Example:I have two issues that are essentially asking for the same thing, and both appear on my prioritization report. I want to filter out one issue, but still show that it is being resolved by another issue.Issue A - Brand Sharepoint Site (I want to keep this one because it has better information)Issue B - Creative Files Sharepoint  I went to Issue A and added Issue B in the "This Resolves" section under Issue relationships.However, the default columns available in the issue report shows the resolving issue (issue A) on Issue B's line I was pretty sure from the developer docs that the "collection" I'm looking for is just called "resolvables" but it doesn't work. I tried the below, and the column is just blank. what am I doing wrong?valueformat=HTML textmode=true type=iterate listdelimiter=<p> displayname=Column Name listmethod=nested(resolvable).lists valuef

We are currently experiencing an issue in Adobe Workfront where we are unable to view the recent activities of an individual user. Is it possible to give a WorkFront user access to certain functionalities (ex: Custom Form Builder) in the Sandbox environment only? Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to completely unassign a task from its current assignees using Fusion? I was able to remove the user from the task, but the associated job role still remains. Is there a way to remove both the user and the job role entirely, so I can assign a new user via Fusion? Many thanks! 

We can transfer scenarios using the blueprint export/import. However, we can't seem to do the same with data structures. I know it's possible to generate the data structure using example JSON, but if that's not available, we have to create it all from scratch. Perhaps it would help if there was a way to generate a sample JSON output from a data structure that would solve it. Anyone else know of a way to do this?

In our process, new projects are requested through a request queue.  Project requests show up in the "Project Requests" project.  One of our executives then converts the request/issue into a project using a template.The concern is requests/issues aren't always converted to a project the day they're requested.  Sometimes there's a lag of a week or more.When the project is created, the Project Start Date by default is the date the request/issue was submitted.  Generally at least a day has past by this point, so the project is already At Risk or Late, and warning emails are sent out to colleagues on the default resource list to notify them that the project is Late.I know our execs have the opportunity to manually change the Project Start Date when converting the project.  Is there a more automated way to do this?  We don't have fusion.Thank you!

I checked the API explorer but couldn't find anything. Is it possible to add comments to hour entries using APIs or maybe a workaround?

Hello,  Fairly new to working on fusion but have been doing so now for around 6 months. I am currently working on a scenario that will create a new task based on the information that was on the just closed task with an updated future date. Essentially these are monthly and quarterly tasks to check on an automated project to assure they are working properly. My watch events trigger parameters are as follows: Record type: TaskState: New stateFilters:Name EQUAL Example Task NameAND Status EQUAL CPLAND connection user updates excludedRecord Origin: Updated Record Only I just put a random example for task name but the names of these task are unique in that no other tasks in our system would have these names. What is happening is that when I test this in our sandbox environment and I complete the "Example Task Name" in Workfront it is pulling in two different events for the same exact task closure. Hi all,  Looking for some guidance on how you would approach.  Our leadership is looking for a value in a dashboard that essentially shows the "total number of pieces" we've touched in a given window -- i.e. year to date.  Our projects are not always a 1:1 representation of this; as in one project could contain multiple pieces.  How would you recommend we capture and compile this information using forms/custom fields to be able to sync up with a dashboard?  I don't have much experience with calculated fields, but I'm wondering if that could be a solution. Any advice is appreciated!

Since Adobe took over Workfront, it seems we’ve lost the ability to upload Animated GIFs for proofing. Previously, we could play the GIF and pause it at any point to add comments, but that’s no longer possible. Now, I just get the "Proof failed to generate" error. I came across a thread from 01/22/24 by KierstenKollins (community advisor), where it was mentioned that "Support confirmed there is a bug with animated GIF proofs and passed it on to the developers for investigation." I reached out a few weeks ago to check if there was a fix, but I didn’t receive a response. I’m still experiencing the same issue, and no one has given any updates. Does anyone know if this has been resolved, or if a fix is coming soon?
