Is anyone experiencing any issues with your users logging their time off?  Here is what our users are experiencing: User goes to put time in October 13-17, and then they go put time in December for 8-12. When they do that, the time the put in for October disappears?

It is a bit complicated.I have issues/requests with documents attached.Approval processes are also added to the issues/requests.There are teams assigned to the approval processes. Besides other filters I want to show documents where the user is part of the approver team. Hi, Has anyone been able to use text mode to group by project name (or ID) on a baseline task report? If you are in a large company where different departments separately purchased products that each group manages separately, and you all enable SSO for your products, how has your Workfront migration gone or how is it going? Our migration to SSO has been fraught - to put it mildly -  as the architecture of the Admin console places some serious limitations on our ability to manage our sensitive Workfront information independently --- far from the prying eyes of unrelated departments with whom we're suddenly forced to share the console.  I've already created a related submission under the Ideas forum, so I won't re-hash everything, but if you are experiencing similar pains at your company, I ask that you cast a "Like" for my idea in order for it to gain traction and help others who still have to complete their migration. Hi Folks,   Today, Adobe Workfront shared this announcement upon login:     We first learned of the upcoming change a couple of weeks ago (then, cited less precisely as "Sept 2025"), so have been working furiously to upgrade all of our solutions, and were delighted to make a similar announcement today in response:     As Workront's oldest partner, we had vestigial references going back to API v2.0 all the way up to current (v20.0), and as we tackled this upgrade, had to decide whether to:   use the "Latest" API by NOT specifying a version and instead "roll with it" whenever the official Latest version changes (so less maintenance, but more risk), or use the specific "v20.0" latest version to "lock in" that functionality, recognizing that someday the code will need to then be upgraded (deferred maintenance) We decided to go with the latter, and have teed up our tech stack to make future such transitions less onerous, but I am curious what others ar

Is there anyway to show the email address in a typeahead custom field instead of the user name?Even though when typing in a user, the email adress is visible, I need the populated field to show the email address, not the name in the submitted request form.Or, can this be done using calculated fields?

Hi all, I’m working on integrating an Adobe App Builder app with Workfront. I’ve created and deployed the app successfully, made sure the IDs are unique. However, when I go to Setup → Interface → Layout Templates, I don’t see the option to Add a Custom Application in the sidebar. Has anyone encountered this before? Are there additional steps or tenant settings required to make Custom Applications appear in Layout Templates? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hello!  I have a user who is not computer savvy and is always on the move. He's asking to have his password reset and it's been forever since I had to do this. I thought I could go into their profile and there was a button that would prompt a password reset but I don't see that anymore. Has that function been removed? Is the only way to do a password reset now through the user's log in screen? Any info is appreciated!

Hello, CommunityI created a calculated field in a Task Form with the intention of having the user "clicking" on a live link that will take them to the Project's Documents section (if it were to a specific Template Folder even better! but I think that would require Fusion help...) Although the Project URL displays correctly, the link takes me to my Home Page.Here is the formula I used:'   CONCAT("<a href='https://orgname.my.workfront.com/#project/",{projectID},"/documents'</a>")  ' What am I missing...?

I am needing to develop a report that will list each of the associate's listed in the "Resource Manager" field at the Project level, but am finding it more difficult than I thought.  When creating a new "Project" report, Resource Managers shows us as an option for columns, but not for Grouping.  Ideally the report would only list associates signed to that field, and their list of projects, no matter the status.  How difficult is it to create?  Thank you for any assistance!

Hi All,I have a Workfront Search module in Fusion that searches for projects thatare in portfolio Xand were entered by user A or user Band don't have status X or Y or Zand have the External Ref ID field populatedI would like to achieve the same using the Workfront Custom API Call module. Hi All,We have written a small web application that displays a list of URLs on a single page.Our Web Development team loads the Page of URLs to Workfront as an Interactive Proof, to share a Project's Dev page URLs to internal reviewers/approvers.The reviewers/approvers sign-in to display the Page of URLs with session data stored in a persistent cookie.When the Interactive Proof of the Page of URLs is opened in the Desktop Proof Viewer, the reviewers/approvers are forced to sign-in every time as the Desktop Proof Viewer does not appear to have persistent cookies. QUESTION: Can the Desktop Proof Viewer be setup to have persistent cookies across sessions of Interactive Proofs?

Need help to write a Report to capture duration (planned v actual) from project start to a specific task name that contains "Design Lock".The task "design lock" is used in all projects, but it's used in different templates has different predecessors.I assume I would run a Task report, but can't find a way to capture a task name, or part of a name.I need to report on planned vs. actual durations from the start of the project to the design lock task.And then if the project is cancelled prior to Design Lock, I would report the actual days completed instead of returning an error.I am new to reports so any help is appreciated. 

Hello,  We bill our clients monthly by using Fusion to sum the planned revenue of all tasks completed in the previous month (with some other criteria). The scenario then adds '666' story points to those tasks which essentially says they have been 'billed' so they don't then bill again the next month. This was set up when my company first moved over to Workfront.A few months ago I noticed some projects weren't billing correctly and it seems that tasks that have previously been billed (and therefore have '666' story points assigned) are being copied within projects, and so weren't billing again when they needed to. We've communicated this out to our users asking them to not copy tasks, but it still seems that this is happening each month. I have a report that I review each month that shows me the tasks that have '666' and were completed in the relevant previous month (and therefore shouldn't have '666' on them), but there is the chance that the tasks have been completed, b
