I have the following text mode working on a project report but I need to create a task report with the same column. Hi,  We currently are having due dates that vary on projects between time zones (IST vs MST/EST) that throw off deadlines and in our instance we have specific schedules for the 2 as well as exception dates (holiday calendars). We thought we had found a solution under the project preferences when working with Workfront support and for awhile things seemed to work. However, recently we are now seeing the same schedules issues occurring and different due dates in different time zones that are causing items to be late. In a recent example we had the Diwali holiday fall in between the duration of a task and because of this exception date it pushed this task due date further out then just the time zone. When working with Workfront support on this recently example, they advised that the schedules are working as they are set to, which is fine, their recommendation was to have our Global teams set there work laptops to the home office time zone and this will not cause delays in p

Does anyone have any good recommendations for comparing task planned hours vs. actual hours at the daily level for a specific user? I'm seeing all the pieces I'd need in isolation, but can't figure out how to bring them together into the WLB or a report: I can see actual hours logged against a project/task per day via a reportI can see planned hour allocations per day via the Workload Balancer But I can't see actual hours in the Workload Balancerand I can't drill the Planner down to individual daysand I can't pull the planned hours allocations from the WLB per day into any reports Barring something native in WF, does anyone have recommendations on third-party scheduling tools that Fusion can easily pass data into?

I have created a Fusion scenario to add a new item to a list in sharepoint.  All fields populate as expected except Requestor which is a Person or Group Type.   If I subsequently edit the item directly in the sharepoint list, I can enter the same name I pass from Fusion, the name is found and after I select it the field is populated.   My feeling is that sharepoint is expecting a specific format for the name but I'm unable to determine what is expected.   Fusion ModuleMicrosoft Share Point Online - Create An Item Fusion Module item Key format Sharepoint List Field 

When copying the link to a project, (or task, or anything in Workfront), it used to paste into an email, teams chat, or excel doc (or anywhere else) as the title to the project. Now, it shows experience.adobe.com... etc. and a random box without any relevant information shows.  Is this something that will change? Why does it have to be like this? 

We have 100's of old document (not proof) approval requests in Workfront that are either no longer needed. Ideally, I'd like to cancel them all, but I'd especially like to start with cancelling the document approval requests that are between users that are no longer with our company (so both the requestor and the approver are no longer active in Workfront) because at least in that scenario, no one would get an email notification that their document approval request has been canceled. I would then follow-up with a scenario that I could use to capture stale requests between active users (or a mix of active users and inactive users, depending on which side of the approval they are on), and I would temporarily turn off the "document approval request has been cancelled" notification emails for active users. Would anyone be able to explain to a Fusion newbie (and I mean newbie, I have only had Fusion for 1 month) what scenario I could write to attempt this?

I have requirement to replace comma with semicolon. I tried String replace function, but it didn't work i think it is not considering semicolon. If I use other characters instead of semi colon it is getting replaced properly. Is there any way to escape semicolon.

We have a drop down list of all our properties in our custom project intake form. It's long, old and needs to be updated. Is there a way to export that drop down list with all the options so I can get it marked up by a copy editor? 

Hello!  I'm working on a scenario that will automate our project closure process, we have a Project Summary Details form on all of our projects that needs to the data mapped before we can close the project.  Im currently in the mapping stage of the scenario and keep running into this issue:my first module is a Watch Record module that watches for projects that are marked 100% complete, followed by a read record module to get the information from that project, and then a search Task module to search for a certain task within the results of the watch module and keep getting an error result: Missing value of required parameter 'ID'.  I've tested this two ways, 1 targeting the watch record module and second targeting the read a record module, as they both output an IDand neither of them work when tested. Any assistance is appreciated, thank you!

Hi all, does anyone know if there's a way to add a column to a Proof Approval Report that pulls the issue name and its owner name that the proof was uploaded to? (here proof is part of the task in a project which was resolved by the issue)

I have created a request intake form in Workfront and I need to enable the public sharing for the form for the users who doesn't have access to workfront.Please help !

I have 2 users with the same access, home group, teams, layout template, etc and one can see the canvas dashboard we set on their layout template and one can't. What am I missing?

We have several large request queues that are not published.  We realized that the permissions functionality* varies slightly for the entered by user between non-published and published request queues, and we prefer the way it works on published queues. Is there anything I need to watch out for if I switch our queues to "Publish as Help Request Queue"?  Nothing else in the queue needs to change. Hello, I have a .csv file that feeds into my scenario and creates several new records in Salesforce. The output of the "Create new record in SF" is the ID for each newly created record.When I am testing this out:1 .csv file with 3 rows of data goes in.3 new records with ID numbers are created in Salesforce.I want the next step to be simply to create a new .csv, again with 3 rows, one for each contact and also showing the new ID number for each record. I cannot figure out where I am going wrong! The best I can get is creating 3 x csv files but I can't seem to combine them all into one place. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks CSV is parsed producing 3 bundles from the 3 rows in the file. 3 x SF records are created based on the data. Trying Array aggregator but 3 operations are still produced  I want to aggreagate the 3 operations and include some data (first name, last name) from the original csv file but additionally have the ID number from the SF module

Hello, I have a PUT Custom API module that shares a project with a user's manager once an issue is converted in the scenario.  However, I'm having trouble preserving the original, preset list of teams/users a project was shared with (from Project Template Sharing). Is there a way to preserve the existing information and simply add the manager to the 'shared with' list? Modules used:  Thank you for your insight!
