Adobe Workfront

Hello!  I have Document Version report that filters by pending decisions and a specific active stage.  This was previously working fine, but now it is not removing the proofs where a decision has been made on the stage. As if its no longer considering that stage inactive. The stages are typically unlocked, though if no more decisions are required and its moved on to the next stage, it should still not be pulling in. What am I missing? Thank you! 

I have a document report which shows all files within a task folder called Final Files. However on occasions our team is creating subfolders and the report is not picking up any of the files that sit within those subfolders. The subfolder names are not consistent and therefore unable to pick up with an AND: for an additional folder name.I am currently using this text mode which works if the files are sitting directly under the Final Files:EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=EXISTSEXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=DOCFLDEXISTS:a:documentID=FIELD:IDEXISTS:a:folder:name=Final FilesEXISTS:a:folder:name_Mod=eqprojectID=XXXXXXX Any help would be really appreciated.projectID_Mod=in

I got this message when trying to log onto my Workfront dashboard:Error 500-006The page isn't loading correctly. Please check your login and try again. Hello, I currently have a subgroup within a main group. I would like to remove this subgroup from the list and turn it into a main group. Is there a way to do this?

Has anyone tried swapping review tasks for approvals for light users? The main issue I see with this workaround is that My Approvals in Home doesn't show due dates or bucket approvals by due today, past due, etc. which is critical for our heavy users who may have 10+ approvals in their queue if we moved review tasks to approvals. We could pull a report to show due dates, but then users wouldn't have the decision buttons in the same location as the due dates and we need the process to be as streamlined and straightforward as possibleIf you have other workarounds for having light users complete tasks/approvals, please let me know.  Background:We're trying to find solutions to the high cost of the new Workfront license structure for standard licenses since the majority of our roughly 100 users have worker licenses to mark done with their part on tasks with only 3 PMs. We were told our costs would roughly triple if we have the majority of our users move from worker lice

I am trying to create group statuses that manage various parts of a project, but the system will not let me hide anything that is listed as default (nothing mandatory) and I am baffled.  I keep getting an error message saying "whoops! Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it" Help! Thanks, Beth@kelliegardner

Since the recent Workfront update, my view for Workload Balancer has changed and there is new "BDG" column (which in my case is showing 0 for every role). Where can I find information on what this number is and how to input values so the data displayed is actually useful to me? Right now, the information I was getting from that view (to see variance between planned and available hours) is no longer showing up.

Hi All, I'm following up on an issue I've been facing. One of the users is currently on an extended leave, and I've been continuously trying to get their responses to move forward. Is there an out-of-office notification option in our Workfront system that can alert users when they're being tagged? That could help manage expectations and keep things moving during their absence. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions on how to best handle this situation. Regards,Vino 

As a Workfront admin and consultant, I've lost count of how many times I've had to explain the intricacies of Task Constraints and how each one behaves in Workfront. Chances are, so have you. Over the years, I've made a few attempts to create a task view that can coach users on which date-related fields they should edit to get predictable results in their task dates.  Those attempts were inevitably not always correct due to the number of variables that can impact task scheduling. I have a task report where I am trying to capture approvals made by certain teams.   I have the view set to task>approvers, and this displays the info I want.  The issue is when trying to filter on TASK > approvers, there is not that option.    Can I accomplish this with TEXT mode or is there a better field to reference when wanting to filter approvals by team involved?

The Show Allocation button no longer stays selected from session to session or after page refresh like it did in the past. Another in the long list of settings and UI changes that Adobe got wrong for Workfront. Adobe's AI showed me this answer, which is BS:"In recent updates, Workfront has modified how certain UI preferences are stored. The “Show Allocation” button state is now reset to its default (unselected) state when you log out or refresh the page. This change was implemented to ensure consistency across different devices and browsers. To work around this:You’ll need to re-select the “Show Allocation” button each time you log in or refresh the page.Consider bookmarking the page with the allocation view already active, if you frequently use this view."Note, the second suggested work around of Bookmarking or Pinning does not actually save the allocation setting as selected. If the “Show Allocation” button state is needing to be set as a default, then it should defaul

Hello! I have a user that accesses a report to assign work to his design team. The report has several projects and a column where he types starts to type the designer's name, the designer can be selected, and the team can access the report to see what projects they need to work on. Today, he's been unable to type anything for a couple of projects and I can't figure out why. I've added two screenshots, one shows a selected project with a small box in the Approval Assignments column visible where he can type a name. The other screenshot shows a different project highlighted where the box to enter a name isn't visible since he's unable to type anything. Other users, myself included, are not having any issues typing names in that column on any of the projects. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks! 

I have several projects showing up on my people's task lists as late, but are not scheduled to begin for several weeks. This project is showing up in my "At Risk" report as well. WHY?!?! 

We have a type of project which has a couple of tasks that require extended long days. Is it possible to add a schedule to a task? I have looked if I can add to the template task and it is not obvious, but wondered if anyone has been able to do this?Thanks
