Adobe Workfront

In the new approvals, I get emailed about everything - every approved/changes/needs work, when it is final decision, etc.  I can see all that in my notifications in WF and it is burying important emails.I can’t seem to find a place to turn it off - any one happen to know?

Hi, I need to find a way to show active projects per month (or ideally, every two weeks) for 2025 and start comparing it to this year. IE, how many projects were active in January 2025 vs January 2026. Not how many projects started or closed, but how many were still active. This seems like it should be an easy report to pull, but I have not been successful. This information is now required by our leadership, so the report is essential. Thanks in advance for any help and advice!

Once Unified Experience is in place in our instance, are there any admin controls to change the icon menu view that users see? I see that Workfront Profile is now accessible from the account avatar. But the other menu icons and account links are very confusing and I would like to limit the user view to a lot of these. Is that possible? We tested with a non-admin user view in Unified Experience and the user sees a lot of information that isn't helpful to a non admin user.Thanks  

I would like to create a Fusion scenario where, when a proof that is still pending a decision goes past the due date a notification can be automatically sent to the approver following up on a decision.  We have a standard decision due date of 2 days. I've searched for quite a while with no success, maybe i overlooked something. Any assistance is appreciated. 

Hello,Is it possible to add the marked field as a column in any report? 

Hi everyone,We are currently having an issue with our dynamic boards where when we add a card from the board view, it defaults the date to the project start date. It will default it even if we have the date correct when we input the card - when we refresh it refreshes the date to the project start date. Obviously this is an issue. Has any one had a similar issue? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks!Sabrina

I want to create interactive proof using the URLs hosted under a website. Because proof hq is not allowing to view it since it says connection error.  what configuration should i do for that?Will allowlisting of specific urls help?

Hey hey Workfronters!I’m working on bringing a new team into Workfront and need your advice/expertise. What’s the best way to set up a task with a varying duration?For example: Task A has a fixed date. Task C has a fixed date. Task B needs to start on Task A’s due date and finish on Task C’s start date. The duration will flux as the fixed dates are edited. I’ve tried various predecessors and duration types but nothing is quite giving me what I need. 

Hi. I am unable to change or view the icons in my report's column cells. Although I added column rules to display specific colored icons when I select a particular option, the icons are not appearing. This may be due to an error in the column rules.

Hello,I have System Admin access, and I can see many projects that were not created by my group.Is it possible to make only the projects created by my group visible to me?Note: The unwanted projects are visible even though my ID was not added, and the project sharing option is set to "Only invited people can access."

Hi All,  I wanted to know if anyone has created a Fusion scenario to generate a $$USER.ID report displaying all of the active proofs a user is listed as just a 'reviewer' on a report.  This is something I've been meaning to tackle for a long time.  I imagine others would benefit from this to.

FYI I could not re-comment on the post so I am tagging you here. The problem I had with fusion automation and searching boards is the redundant number of operations used to search. I have found a way to reduce this to 4 operations.The body is filled with this query and based on an inspect I used on the Get Board module. I have added the portion below to it to reduce operations for searching in a scenario. There is a lot of irrelevant information in the call but I am too lazy to remove it. I start the scenario using a instant webhook with task status change and assignedToID = Desired user, I get the card information in the getBoard() query, then use iterator to make an array and filter via card obj id = taskID, then move the card to the columnID that I got in the getBoard() query. ADDED CODE:cards {\n      id\n      name\n connectedObject {\n         objectId\n      status\n      }\n } BODY:{

Hi all,  Has anyone experienced difficulties bringing non federated IDs, or IDs that are federated under a different organisation, into their admin console?We manage Workfront within our own admin console, but our parent company federates email addresses at the enterprise level. We now need to onboard additional users from a smaller company that also sits within our organisation, whose email addresses are not yet federated, and we are unsure what challenges this might create when trying to add them to our console.

Wondering if anyone has found a way / best practices to tie in the data from the Planning Record types to the Cards on Kanban boards.Would be great to configure Boards by Workspace, ability to see the name of the Campaign Or Initiative the task is related for starters.
