Hi Community, Has anyone else noticed the new random personal project that has been created for all users since the launch of Priorities on the 17th October? I can't see anything about this on the release notes. It's impossible to find these projects through searches or project reports, and the only way to get into the project is through Resource Management. And this is where out problem lies. For our Traffic Managers, these projects only view as "inaccessible projects" which leaves them asking what this could be. Generally, out Traffic managers have manage access to all projects. As administrators, we can't delete them, so we're trying to find a way to bulk update them to be included in portfolio's that our Traffic Managers have automatic share access to.Screenshots below show them in the Priorities view and the Resource Management. Does anyone know of a good way to delete / bulk update them?Thanks View for Traffic Managers
It's not a question, but is it just me missing filter preview on a report page? This is result of latest update. I really miss this feature, it helped me quickly understand what I have in the report since description is not always available. Anyone else having the same thoughts?
I just noticed there is no longer a Log Time button in the Updates section of a project. That button seems to have been replaced by the "Summarize contents" button even though my organization hasn't enabled or agreed to Adobe's AI functionality. Description - The abililty to translate the labels associated with custom fields so that when the user is displaying Workfront interface in a browser set to, for example, Chinese-Traditional, we can show them labels that they can read. Currently it appears they can only be displayed in a single language.Why is this feature important to you - We have Workfront deployed globally and manage all of our services centrally. I'm facing one challenge while merging two JSON collections. For example collection1--> {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2"} and Collection2-->{"key3":"value3"}. I need output like {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2","key3":"value3"}. I tried by converting this object into an array and merging these but I'm getting an array of objects like [{"key1":"value1"},{"key2":"value2"},{"key3":"value3"}]. I need all the elements in a single object. Please let me know if anyone is facing the same challenge and if you have a solution, please share it. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
It would be great if we could see any and all attached documents on tasks in Priorities. How is this not included? That's a big omission. I will have to talk to our major stakeholders to see if we should disable Priorities for the time being like many of you already have.

Hello everyone, Pretty new to the Fusion scene so apologise if this has been answered somewhere else/for the silly question. I am having the following scenario and I am having some troubles with setting the filter up:there's an excel that I am having and that I am creating requests based on it, and I would like to set some filters up so that not all requests within the excel are created on the same day, therefore I have introduced a column (days of the week) so that I can filter by it. Now here comes my issue: I am unsure how to filter by "today". In workfront we had the $$TODAY variable that we could use, I see in Fusion there's the "now" variable, but I cant seem to make it work, I ve tried pretty much all the operators and conditions and I am out of ideas. I could make like 5 scenarios for each day of the week but I believe there should be another way of doing it within the same scenario. TLTR: I'd like to filter by a column (value) that has the days of the week

I have a scenario that ends in a custom API to do a POST call. It's throwing an occasional "[422] Invalid Parameter" error. Apparently, some users are pasting control characters (namely TAB) into task names and when fusion throws them into the JSON response it's failing. I've tried using the ascii() function, which seems to strip the character out, but the error is still being thrown, which I don't understand at all. Thoughts?
Currently, Workfront allows you to limit sharing on fields so that you can determine who is able to view, edit, or delete fields. This is very important, because you can designate globally available fields that cannot be edited by Group Admins. However, the experience for Group Admins are very poor. They can open and edit a view-only access field within a form and then save the form. At that point, an error pops up telling them they are unable to edit that parameter and doesn't save the form. I dont see 'Show Filters' button anymore on the reports in Workfront. It was very helpful to view the applied filters just by clicking on it rather than going into edit mode.
Hi For the last 6 years we have had one Milestone Path that we use on all major projects. However, I am ramping up for a very large campaign coming up that will involve several projects that will have very different milestones. So, I created a new milestone path and a new project template. I have associated the new project template with the new milestone path. Currently when use the milestone view on the project screen I only see the original Milestone Path and none of the new test projects I created with the new milestone template. How do I create a dashboard that only contains this New Milestone project view for my C-suite? They want to be able to check in on the project without having to ask for updates.

Hello, I have been fielding issues all day relating to Workfront proofs - has anyone else had issues today ? I did put a question in community and found one that said it was because of the new release - and then saw it was 2020 - lol ! I have raised a Customer Support ticket too. I am wondering if it is to do with the new release? Its either people getting error on approvals widget or can't access a proof when others can. Is there a work around? Thank youEmma @8695269 Emma
Our Workfront users have just started receiving daily summary emails from proofs out of nowhere (even when their proof settings are set to 'no email'). I submitted a ticket with WF and they said that all users on a proof receive a daily summary by default and the only way to turn it off is for each user to go into the proof settings (on the individual proof) and disable the emails. They have no explanation for why it’s happening now and it wasn’t previously or why people are getting them when their settings are 'no email'. I can stop all proof notifications to users at the admin level, but that would stop all notifications, which we don’t want to do. I can’t just turn of daily summaries. Has anyone else had this issue?
I'm wanting to create an external lookup field that will return the names of all the active Custom Forms. I would prefer to have this so that reporting is easier.

Is there a way to create a report that Displays the percentage of project requests rejected during the intake process.(compared with the total received)? Any Calculation field ideas that i can use or any Text mode filters that i can use? Please help.
In reports, we can sort columns, why can we not sort groupings? For example, I have a report with 3 groupings. One of the groupings is our business units. We have reasons why we want to see these groupings in alpha order. WF confirms that we cannot sort our groupings. Odd that this isn't possible even in text mode (if I'm wrong on this, someone chime in). Please upvote!
One of my users is having issues editing task details for a project she owns. The original owner, ML set up most of the project. Then he made BH the project owner. Both ML and BH have the same access level. BH can edit the task details for tasks she created, but she cannot edit task details for tasks ML created.Short of making BH a system admin, I can't think of how to get her access to edit task details in the project she owns for tasks someone else created. I looked through permissions but couldn't find anything helpful.Does anyone have ideas? I don't want to go through a dozen back and forth emails with support if I don't have to.Thank you!
Hi Workfront Community,I've encountered an issue with the My Work widget in the new Home experience. Specifically, tasks that are due on the current day show the overdue icon even when they are not actually overdue.Here are the details:I created a task that is due today at 6 PM.The overdue warning icon appears next to the task, even though it's only 4.45 PMThe overdue icon disappears if I move the planned due date to the next calendar day, even if it's 5 AMThe icon remains regardless of whether I have started the project, changed its status to "In Progress," or set the percent complete to any value under 100%.Is this a known issue, or is there a setting I might be missing? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
