Creating Multiple Milestone reports and displaying them separately on a dashboard

Hi

For the last 6 years we have had one Milestone Path that we use on all major projects. However, I am ramping up for a very large campaign coming up that will involve several projects that will have very different milestones. So, I created a new milestone path and a new project template. I have associated the new project template with the new milestone path. Currently when use the milestone view on the project screen I only see the original Milestone Path and none of the new test projects I created with the new milestone template. How do I create a dashboard that only contains this New Milestone project view for my C-suite? They want to be able to check in on the project without having to ask for updates.

So I take it you're using the "Milestone" View when in a Portfolio or Program or building a project report for a dashboard.

The milestone view automatically groups projects by the associated milestone path. This also applies to Reports.

Check your template/projects that they are in the correct portfolio/program. If you're working on report, check the report filters.

If that still doesn't work - attach a screenshot if you can.

@sven-ix is correct. I suspect that if you have only used 1 milestone path for all other projects, that your new projects may be at the bottom of the list or on a next page if you 2000+ projects.

If you build a report, then you can add a filter for Project > Milestone ID = X.
