Adobe Target

Hello,I'm wondering whether Adobe Target activities have any impact on floodlights tags? I'm looking to run an on-site A/B test and I want to make sure we'll be able to still capture floodlight tags and conversions. On a similar note, is there anything that can be passed to the floodlight tracking that will identify which experience a user is seeing?Thanks! 

I have created a rule in launch as in the image below. I get, from html attribute, information to populate parameter values, these attributes are available after 6 sec since window loaded.In target I have created an experience where audiences are based on paremeters value sent with this rule, but the experience is not triggered. what am I doing wrong? which is the difference between prefetch.views[0].parameters and notifications[0].parameters? can I use notifications[0].parameters to create audiences to show specific experiences? is there another way to send parameters to target after tot seconds? thank you

Hello all, I have an A/B activity where I'm seeing traffic enter both experiences. What initially brought my attention to this was interaction with the chat widget (~10%) in the control variant -- Live Chat Button Opened. See Venn diagram and data below. This is unexpected because the widget is being suppressed in the control. In fact, there is no code that would deliver the widget here. Is this type of traffic crossover common? Is it possible a visitor entered experience B clicked a button, then later enter experience A, but the initial engagement was captured in the subsequent visit? Thanks in advance for your help! -Brion

My current recommendation activity has a "No recs" (Control) and a variation with the recs. When I try to preview it, nothing shows up. My experience.id shows "4" in an activity that should have only 0 and 1Any idea why?   

We are trying to setup a cross channel test with our email channel. Experience A: A page element existsSegment: Source Code XYZ from email A OR sample of all other traffic Experience B: A page element is removedSegment: Source Code ABC from email B OR sample of all other trafficWe know how to create an audience off of a variable, but struggling only to apply one segment per variation.

I have read that all Adobe Analytics metrics, including calculated metrics, should be available in our connection to Adobe Target.  However, we don't see all metrics, including calculated metrics, in our Adobe Target tool.  We have been told that some of them cannot be included yet due to different APIs that are connected.  We've also been told that we won't be able to see all metrics, including calculated metrics, until more modern API connects are implemented.  Is this accurate?  If so, is there a timeline for when modern API connections will be made available so we can see all metrics, including calculated metrics, in Adobe Target?

Hi Team,   We are experiencing 204 as response for delivery call with beacon as true and notifications.    Any idea what should be the response?   Did any one executed adoe.target.trackevent on latest at.js which will execute delivery call with adding notifications to it. Please help me to resolve or some guidance.Thank You

Hi Team,We have made the necessary changes on the adobe launch side to collect the several entity (name, category, brand ..etc) value along with entity id to adobe target through parameters directly on the page. However, I could see some of the product entity values are not appearing as expected. it is just showing the Id value and other entity values are empty but the entity parameters are receiving as expected on the target call as per my debugging. Am I missing something and anything needs to be updated? can anyone assist me on this issue? Note: The entity values which I have passed via data feed is showing as expected. Thank you,Jay.

Hi everyone, I am trying to set up an experiencing targeting activity for the scenario when a visitor gets personalised content on “Site Y page B” if he has already visited “Site X page A”. It works, but only in about 15-30 min after visiting page A (not earlier). Is it possible to activate AAM segment for immediate action (personalisation) in Target? Environment:- AAM- AT- MCID Service(all libraries are the latest versions) AAM:- a rule-based trait, Audience Library data source- a segment based on that trait, Audience Library data source AT:- experience targeting linked to the AAM segment (available via Audience Library)

Hi all, I am following the steps indicated in the adobe documentation for the: Configure Authentication for Adobe Target APIshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target-learn/tutorials/apis/configure-io-target-integration.html?lang=en When I try to select "Adobe Target" when adding an API in the created project, I don't have the option available.Do you know what permissions I need to have to be able to select it? Hello, I have customers with between 1 and 11 attributes that I'd like to use for personalization. I am trying to market a singular message toward each attribute. For a customer with multiple attributes, they will see one message at a time corresponding to one of their multiple attributes, but I'd like the message to change over time for customers with multiple attributes (either randomized or prioritized). What's the best way to build this system? 11 experience targeting activities, one for each audience/attribute, where the activities have the same priority and expect the forced collision to present a random activity? Or is it better to use recommendations, which I am less familiar with? Something else? Thank you

Hi everyone, We are trying to implement multiple target activities for client's App, but we are facing issues with the response and reporting part. when a single XT activity is being deployed the report and responses are fine ,but as soon as we deploy and make multiple activities for app with different audiences in use we are not able to see any response on the backend and in another scenario the responses are there for the first activity and not for the latter created activity and vice-versa. kindly let me know what can we do to achieve multiple target activities for app without facing such errands. will be grateful to your feedback and support  Thanks

Hi,I am trying to track some CTAs and I am using trackEvent method for that. But when I am clicking on the button, the request goes into 400 status.The workaround to this I opted is to go for getOffer() method but just curious to see the reason behind failure of trackEvent method. We have implemented Adobe Target on our website and I have noticed that some of our pages now load twice. Could anyone provide some insights as to why this is happening?

I have been trying to test the trackEvent function on https://www.jcpenney.com/ site but when I run a basic trackEvent call in the browser console, it is getting a 400 response code every time. I was originally using a conversion event, but it was failing with a 400 code as well.
