I have experience targeting for one of my marquee banners. I have noticed in the Activity QA link that the experience that I have created reverts back to the default banner after a while and also the navigation link of the banner also reverts back to the default link.  And, if a personalized banner does appear for the experience then the navigation link doesn't direct to the changed link instead it directs to the default link. These two cases happen most of the time. One thing I would like to highlight here is my banner placement is not coming from javascript. It's coded on the page in normal HTML. And, In Adobe Target I have replaced the banner vis the EDIT->Styles->Background option.And, the navigation link to a directed page on my banner is not coming from <a href> instead it's from a separate DIV with data attributes like this :I am not sure if that is Flickering because in the launch for loading target I have below set of configuration I did try cha

Hello,I would like to set up an audience to include a number of zip codes, however the list of zip codes that I have only include the first 3 digits.Is there any way to achieve this in Target without having to find every possible zip code combination?I know you can add a Geo rule to 'contain' a set of characters, but these wouldn't necessarily be the first 3.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks,Chris

I'm on recommendations feeds page and trying to create a new feed. I've selected CSV, and picked the URL with a link to the CSV. Once I click save, it errors out to "File parsing failed". I've tried the sample CSV and other CSV formats and none of them change this error.

Hi there,Still new to Target, and have a bit of a odd question. I have an A/B Activity set up with 2 experiences (1 Control, and 1 Personalized). When I choose my Goal Metric to be 'Conversion > Clicked an Element' and I select a certain element in one of the experiences (For example, we can say the element is a Main Nav item in the Personalized Experience), I am finding that Target selects the same element in both Experiences. Is there any way to set this up so that I can select an Element in one Experience, but not have Target automatically select the same element in the other Experience?Thank you

This is very different in every activity but I would like to understand how control defines in various activities that are possible in Target. I have an experience targeting activity running for 5 experiences and my Experience A is showing up as CONTROL in the report however the conversion rate of EXP B is better than EXP A then how does this Control thing go to EXP A? 

I am creating an Experience Targeting activity where I will be creating three experiences.Experience A - ToysExperience B - ShoesExperience C- PantsExperience D - Default Website I have a top navigation bar on my website that persists throughout the website user flow (as per the below image example). I am trying to create an experience targeting in a way that my audience who belongs to the Toys segment in Experience A will be displayed Toys Promotion Image poster in each drop-down of the Top Navigation bar similarly for Experience B, & C for shoes, and pants. I did try to edit the HTML with the image DAM link, href link, and outer text in the experiences I created for Toys, Shoes, and Pants. It does appear for the page which I entered as an Activity URL at the initial step as per the below screenshot but my changes don't persist when I navigate to other pages. I want the experience to stay throughout the user flow on the website. So, in this case, editing HTML doesn'

i have a experience fragment activity created with three experiences with different audiences. The change in these 3 experience is display of different home page banners on my home. However, i have been checking the Activity QA link for experiences and found that the changes in my experiences are reverting back many times to default. Why this is happening? Also, if I would like to change the navigation link of my clickable banner then how should I do that? I did try the Edit HTML and update the link but that is in methodology of event handler as AEM assignment so my changed url navigation link is not getting updated. How can I take care of it in Target?

Is there a workaround to have Adobe Target Goal Metrics able to track the Call to action inside shadow-root content ？

We are attempting to leverage web components using the FAST component library. As with all web components, they are heavily reliant on the shadow DOM for slot components and style encapsulation. Target from what I understand seems to have trouble out-of-the-box working with the shadow DOM. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have they found a solution for this?

Recently any new activity I set up is not showing me the split by experience in the Reports tab. It is showing the total for the activity, but if I switch to the graph view to look at it by unique visitors, I can see that it's funneling traffic as expected.It also does not allow me to "view in analytics". This has occurred for activity types A/B Test, and Recommendation. I have a hunch this only occurs when "Analytics" is selected as the reporting source. Any suggestions on what to check?

We have setup AB test via Adobe Target. The test is live , while troubleshooting would like to understand where I could see which experience we are getting qualified for in developer tools or Adobe experience platform debugger, So that I can go and share snapshot to tagging team. 

I have a server-side application using Java with Spring Boot, but we do not utilize the Java SDK. I am curious about enabling on-device decision making and whether using the Java SDK is the only option.I'm wondering if it's possible to utilize Adobe Target Delivery API (https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/delivery-api) instead, by calling it through a RESTful API. Would this allow me to enable on-device decisioning without the need for any SDK?

Hi Fam,  I am trying to build a personalisation on homepage. On the website home page, there are five categories. And each category has sub categories inside. All these sub categories has articles. I want when a user comes on these sub categories and reads the most articles, and when the user goes to the home page then the user sees a personalised banner. for example - we have 16 sub categories. I read 6 articles from sub category 2, 4 articles from subcategory 3 and 1 from sub category 7 then i should be able to see sub category 2 related banner on homepage. please let me know the process and how can we create audiences in target for such scenario. your help would be much appreciated!! thanks a ton!

Dear all, how to replace currency symbol with another (e.g. $ symbol to £ symbol) via Target across the whole page? With this I mean: To replace any dollar symbol in a given page with the euro symbol, and doing this preferably with Server Side implementation. Is it possibile? Do I need to provide an mbox-id in advance for all lines where $ is displayed, or is there any other method? Furthermore, is it possibile to achieve this via client-side?   Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

Hello there,I've recently set up/upgraded to at.js 2.x on our React Application (Using Adobe Node SDK on the server side) and using TriggerView to invoke the campaign. The problem is - Currently we have an element on the page(SPA) with a few cards with buttons and every time each button is clicked it loads data from our Database(JSON) but all 3 button clicks will generate DOM with the same class name and similar structure. My question is - how to differentiate each button clicks on the Target/server side to inject different content for an AB test because if I target classname it will load the same data from my script for all 3 button clicks?I have attached the sample screenshot below. When someone clicks on the button on each card it will open up another card(like a modal popup) with different data coming from DB with similar DOM.The goal is to AB test different data for different locations using Target. Thanks and I would appreciate any help 🙂 Example of the structur

I want to create an experience-targeting activity where I want to create 5 experiences and every experience needs to have its individual audience group that I have created. In the Targeting step the message displayed says :Drag and drop to arrange the audiences and experiences in the desired order. Visitors will see experiences in order, from top to bottom.Does this mean we are prioritizing one Exp over another if I have below 5 Exp arranged in this order?For Example:Exp A: Audience Toys (Show toys site section who have seen toys in the past 90 days)Exp B: Audience Shoe (Show shoe site section who have seen the shoe in the past 90 days)Exp C: Audience Shirts (Show shirts site section who have seen toys in the past 90 days)ExpE - Audience Pants (Show pants site section who have seen toys in the past 90 days)Exp E : Audience Remaining (Show default Exp to the rest of the audience) How would I prioritize one exp over another if users have visited more than one site section
