I am trying to a/b test a pop up but it keeps showing up on every page even after users closed it i am struggling to find a straight forward solution from adobe target interface. I have tried to store the session on js on the pop-up code but it doesn't work, seems like adobe may be overriding it. Any possible solution for this? 

Hello, I'm implementing Adobe Target with at.js 2.x on a non-SPA (Single Page Application) website.Despite reading through the documentation, it's not entirely clear whether calling applyOffers is mandatory for impression logging after getOffers has been called with the execute option.There's nothing special about my set-up, I followed all the best practices recommended by Adobe.Has anyone encountered a similar situation or can provide insights on the necessity and impact of applyOffers in this context?

Hi, We are looking at creating Recommendations activities.  My question is whether Adobe Analytics reports will be created automatically if Adobe Analytics is the reporting source for the activity.  The way links are generated for A/B tests, does every combination of recommendations have its own data and is a link to that analytics dashboard available in the Reports tab of Target? Hello,I am running an A/A test and started including a second control in all my tests so I can do an A/A comparison (10% of traffic to second control) in every test.  The issue is that the two controls perform differently a lot of the time, even with a even 50/50 split. Questions:At what point do you consider two controls to be performing similarly enough to trust the baseline?  Is it =-3% conversion rate for the KPI?  It is hard to do anything higher if your power analysis has a minimum detectable effect of 5%.How big of a sample is needed for Target to determine two controls have the same performance?  What can impact that time?  Wondering if I do a typical pre-test duration calculation/power analysis and run the tests longer if the controls are not performing the same.The biggest issue with the A/A test results is that it puts in question the previous tests we have run as we have no idea if the control performance was actually a true representation of t

Hi, Bulk profile update API documentation says that it "updates existing Target profiles only". However, I tried to use it for non-existing profiles on a Sandbox account and it worked: I can retrieve attributes via the API and Target rules use them when the user logs in for the first time. (I used a thirdPartyId as an identifier.)Can I count on that behavior on production accounts? I would love to use that feature in a real application.

Hi I'd like to create a test that isnt expose to visitors qualifying for a specific test earlier in the journey i.e. on homepage.I tried creating the following Profile Script and using this in my audience but based on debugging/ trace it seems like activeActivities always returns an empty array in the profile script.if(!user.get('not_in_homepage_activity')){ if(user.activeActivities.indexOf(123456) == -1){ return 'true'; } }How can i resolve this?  

Hi Team, We are using AEM fragments in Adobe Target Personalization activity. We are facing issue with the content rendering. We have experience fragment with Product Hero component which is getting successfully exported except the Price Info to Adobe Target. The price info on the Hero component is inside the ESI tags. These ESI Tags within the fragments call the akamai to render the priceWhen we use this fragment in an activity, we see the content but not the price info.So, we are looking for help how to populate the ESI tags (price) within experience fragment.  Can anyone advise something on this ?  

I'm running an XT personalization for a list of zip codes that I set up in a Target audience.  How can I verify if it's actually running?  I am not located in the targeted zip code so I can't see the personalization.  I know about the ?mboxOverride.browserIp= feature but that is IP based and determining a zip code is not easily determined.  

My team works together on several A/B-tests. We would like to bundle them in the same folder, work on them, and share specific ones (not all of them) with some colleagues in our company.   Is there any solutions for working in the same folder together ánd at the same time restrict some shared privileges for other users? I know about the Company folder but there is no option there for restrict project for specific Analytics users (outside our team)

Hi All,   I am using the addThis library for sharing features on the website.  https://www.addthis.com/get/share/ I have added a script as part of the component, which creates cookies like __atuvs and __atuvc. These cookies are already categorized as non-essential cookies in OneTrust configurations. Now, when I load the page containing the component - these cookies are getting created irrespective of the cookie consent by the user. I have already gone through much information available online. If anyone has any pointers with regards to this, please add them in the comments. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have just configured AEM with adobe target to push some of the experience fragment as an offer from AEM to target. When I use those xfs on page while creating A/B test activity thru VEC on target console, I am not able to see the text from xf appearing on the activtiy. Hi Team, As per the below article, when we publish the the activity at the same time one activity will be created in target, but in my case it is not working. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/authoring/personalization/activitylib.html?lang=en#synchronizing-activities-with-adobe-target Steps I followed: 1. created one XT activity in aem 2. selected experiences and after setting goals and saving it. 3. in Target, I got only one activity suffixes with _author. 4. publish the page which publishes activity as well. . Hi all,   We've had an AB test with 1 variant running at 50:50 traffic split for the last 4 days. However we're consistently seeing more of a 52% 48% split. We aren't using auto allocate. Is there any reason for the test not being closer to 50:50?

 Getting below warning for Adobe Target :AT: [page-init] Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Ensure that you can save cookies to your current domain, there is no "mboxDisable" cookie and there is no "mboxDisable" parameter in query string. - We implemented Adobe Target (V2) integration using Data collection tags . During initial set up also we were getting same error . Then through community forums got resolution that we need to set cookie domain and made below changes . Post this target calls were getting fired (were able to see the calls in experience cloud debugger) and created activities in Target were working.window.targetGlobalSettings ={cookieDomain:window.location.hostname} Then after one month (we didnt make any change) we started session error for  "sessionId query parameter is ". As session ID we are not managing so not sure how to resolve this issue. We updated the extensions also but it didnt work. Now we have reimplemented the Target s

I have set up an item-based recommendation strategy in Adobe Target, using the 'Based on Most Recent Conversion' criterion. To track conversions, I created an mbox named 'orderConfirmPage'. However, the recommendations that are being generated still seem quite random, and I suspect that the proper parameters might not be getting captured correctly.Actions Taken:I've double-checked the 'orderConfirmPage' mbox configuration to ensure it's triggered correctly on the order confirmation page.I confirmed that the recommendation criterion is set to use 'Based on Most Recent Conversion'. Any insights or guidance would be immensely valuable as I aim to ensure that our users are receiving the most relevant and personalized recommendations based on their most recent conversions.Thank you in advance for your assistance!  

I'm trying to watch Experience League course videos on Chrome and Safari on a Mac running 13.5.2 but the video pauses several seconds and waits for the videos to load before resuming again. It happens even if I turn the quality down to low, and it's really frustrating. It's likely because of the firewall at my company, but was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting the videos to preload. Thanks!
