Adobe Target

Hi, In Target Audience, there is an option of Repeat visitor. So, what's the exact definition of it in case of APP( Android and iOS)?

I am encountering challenges with the implementation of "user.endpoint.lastPurchasedEntity" using the Web SDK via tags in Adobe Target. My approach involves creating a new XDM (Experience Data Model) object and integrating it within a 'send event' function.Within this XDM object in the 'send event', I am including several key elements:'priceTotal' and 'purchaseID' within the commerce field.Setting the 'purchases' value to 1.Integrating an identity map.Adding 'productListItems'. Despite closely following the Adobe documentation (Adobe Experience League), I am not seeing the desired result. The 'lastPurchasedEntity' is not being reflected in the user profile as it did when I was using at.js, where parameters such as orderId, orderTotal, and productPurchasedId were passed effortlessly. I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on setting up these features correctly using the Web SDK.Thank you very much for your assistance.

As a new user with full permissions, I've run into a problem where the top menu seems to disappear when I navigate to the Recommendations page. Additionally, none of the items in the sidebar menu are clickable.To add to the difficulty, when I attempt to create a Recommendation activity, the page fails to load entirely. This has been a persistent issue from the first time I accessed this environment. I've verified that I have the appropriate permissions, but the problem persists.Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved?

I am testing a new experience for our logged-in section. When a customer logs in, 10% of traffic is going to see a new version of the homepage. I am setting up the test to redirect to new URL which is all good. However, the customer can opt to navigate to the control version of the homepage. I'm concerned that if they try to do that, the redirect will come into play again. Is there a way to use a profile script to ensure the customer only sees the test version once per session? Thanks in advance...profile scripts are my Kryptonite! 😞 

Hi All, We are trying to deliver a test using server side delivery API - Everything points to the test being delivered correctly. We are able to see the Visitors for both Experience A and Experience B. We checked internally in our elastic tool analytics reporting and verified both the experiences are getting traffic. However, we are not able to see any movement on Conversion Rate. We used Adobe Target as the reporting source and used conversion metric of a page view with URL contains condition. What could be the reason why we don't see any changes in the conversion rate? If it helps, we have implemented Target using Adobe Launch through the Target extension.  

In our web app we're working on adding an integration with Adobe Target. we'd like our users to grant access to their Target account through OAuth 2 flow. currently on Adobe developer console there's only server-to-server oauth. please help

I have an Adobe XT experience where there are two experiences.  Region1 - which is a zip code based Audience and Region2, everyone else.I tried adding my home zipcode into the targeting of Region1, but it didn't load.  The ?mboxEdit='MBOX NAME' didn't work. Is there another way to make sure the XT is loading correctly for site users?

Hi, I'm workin' on experience targeting. I was wondering if is possible to create activities using json xf offers or if it's necessary to create json offer instead. I've tried with an experience fragment exported from aem to target in json xf, but when it's time to chose the offer I no longer can see it in my offer library. Also if is not possible to use a json xf offer, can someone tell me how to create a json offer? documentation doesn't help. thank u all

Greetings!I'm currently testing the Web SDK (Alloy) to handle everything related to Target.Most of my activities are written form based and currently I'm struggling to find something similar to the old school "adobe.target.trackEvent()" function to count e.g. simple clicks of a button.Normally I would write something like this: adobe.target.trackEvent({ "mbox": "click-mbox" }); How would i write the same via Alloy?I found this in the documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/personalization/adobe-target/web-sdk-atjs-comparison.html%3Flang%3Dit#how-to-track-events), but to be honest I don't really get it.I understand that we are now using alloy("sendEvent", { … }); but i couldn't figure out where to pass the "click-mbox" value.Am I missing something? I am trying to send data to Adobe Analytics using the Analytics for Target (A4T) integration described here, and more specifically, using the Data Insertion API. However, the documentation does not specify where to find the following values:rsid: The report suite IDmid: Marketing Cloud Visitor IDAnalytics data collection server.Can anyone please help me get them?Thanks in advance.

What are the differences between customer attributes and data providers?

This is my first time dealing with Audiences in Target (I normally do reporting in workspace), and I'm not sure if the logic for these audiences works the same as segments in workspace. Here's our scenario: we have two types of products - core and marketplaceSo customers would fall into one of 4 groups1. doesn't see any product2. sees only core products3. sees only marketplace products4. sees both core and marketplace products If we were to create an audience where "product does not equal marketplace"That would end up including groups 1 and 2, right? Whereas if we created an audience that says "product equals core"That would end up including groups 2 and 4. Is this logic right? If not, what logic would I need to include groups 2 and 4 in the audience. 

We are using Adobe Launch for loading Adobe Target. The rule is launching correctly but Launch is not loading and this error is displayed.What is the meaning of this sentence?What could be the reason why Adobe Target is not loading?Thanks

Hi, I am trying to implement Target using AEP Mobile SDK. I have done all the configuration (data stream and enabled services for AEP and Target). Also set up launch property for mobile and added all the dependencies in my android app. I was taking help of the document (https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/home/getting-started/get-the-sdk/) and performed all the steps which mentioned in it. But still see an error message in assurance tool. Hi Team, Do we have any other way to bring non-Adobe segments from Google Analytics to Adobe Target to build an audience?If yes, how will Adobe Target recognize known and unknown users?If not, do we have any other way to accomplish this?I assume bringing the segments to Adobe Audience Manager and then pushing them to Experience Cloud segments will work. Quick question regarding Adobe Target. This is possible?My CMS has a live page with just a shell - I'm standing up a new page on my site, but the CMS doesn't have all the content yet (development issues).I'm using Adobe Target XT Experience to inject additional components that are not CMS ready yet, but we want to get live so we can do some AB Testing.The XT will use geo-location targeting to show the appropriate page experience.All users, except XYX geo locationUsers only in XYX geo location.I'm AB testing access to the new page via a SEPARATE AB test using Target to modify the navigation bar.Setup will be: Control: No navigation access.Variant B will have the link access.My impression is that the XT Experience will load content regardless of the navigation and the AB test will be used to control the access. Hello,   Have been struggling with this issue for a few days now and can't seem to get it to work. Here is the problem:   Our website is a SPA - we implement Target through Adobe Launch. I'm trying to set up some activities for cross sells on certain pages. I.e. Target will be used to offer enrollment for certain programs on given page. A user's eligibility for a program can be determined by a local storage value that we send as a custom parameter to target.   When Target initially loads we get the value of this local storage parameter and send it in a page load request. In testing we found a defect where Target was making an offer for a program on the cross sell page even though the user had already enrolled in that program earlier in the session. When the user enrolled earlier in the session the local storage object was updated but it appears as if the latest version of that custom parameter did not make it to Target.   Upon further investigation I found that the

Hello, I created a simple Profile Script that pulls the value of a query string and stores it.This is only part of the script to demonstrate:var myParam = page.param('querystring').toLowerCase() || "";if (myParam != "") {return myParam; Then I created an audience that evaluates the query string values (myParam) and visitors that match a specific one (qs1) become part of the audience.Visitor Profile: user.querystring equals (case sensitive) qs1 I created an XT activity and used the audience. I browsed a page on our site and made sure I had querystring=qs1, this is to qualify me to the audience and so I can see the personalization. I tested this setup multiple times and used Incognito. Sometimes, I browsed a page w/ the query string and then I go to the page where the personalization is and I see the personalized content immediately - no lag. Hey all, I have a Target XT activity that is set up to serve one experience to a set of countries, and the other experience is to be set up for countries that are not in that first list. When setting up the audience for the countries that are not in the list, I used the "Includes" "Countries" and "does not match" and then the list of countries, in an attempt to have the audience say "include countries that do not match" the countries in the list. The analytics team told me that that set up is incorrect and does not wok, and that the proper way to set it up would be to have the audience say "exclude countries that match" and then the list of countries. Am I wrong in thinking that these 2 phrases are essentially saying the same thing? Could someone clear up why one set up seems to work and one doesn't?Please let me know if there are any follow up questions, as I would be happy to answer. Thank you and have a great day
