Hi all, I achieved all the documentation steps to setup a different workspace from the default workspace, but I am not able to see it in adobe target console. I am using the standard version. Can anyone help me with this issue?Thank you allSarah

I'm having difficulties passing revenue through the newer websdk to Target. With a campaign setup with the revenue metric for an mbox `order-confirmation`, I see only a zero value AOV. I'm triggering the event with:alloy("sendEvent", { "renderDecisions": true, "decisionScopes": [ "order-confirmation" ], "xdm": { "commerce": { "order": { "purchaseID": "a8g784hjq1mnp7", "purchaseOrderNumber": "VAU3127", "currencyCode": "CAD", "priceTotal": 75 }, "purchases": { "value": 1 } } } }) This should in theory be the equivalent to previously using at.js, but doesn't seem to be being passed on.

I want to create an XT activity and personalize content for those who have not registered for upcoming events. How can I create that audience? How would I know if I want to do it via Analytics that which visitor has registered or who has not registered? If this is possible via profile script then what it will look alike?

Hello community,  I have a client that have a site built on Next.js. It has tealium IQ as the tag manager and a datalayer already setup with page variables that are updated on each view change without a full page reload. Recently, they want to add Adobe Target to the web. I am struggling on how to add mbox parameters every time the view (page) changes as there is no page reload and the adobe.target.triggerView() function only accepts the viewName as arguments and no params can be added to the function.  I have seen on other React like websites that with every "notifications" request (each time the triggerView is executed) the mbox params like page_category or profile params are updated without a full page reload or a target-global-mbox call.  How can I achieve here the same behaviour? Thanks a lot!  

We have used Analytics audience 'Mobile Device Type (Hit based) = Mobile Phone' in Adobe Target actitivity. It works fine however we notice extremely low traffic in Adobe Target activity compared to what we see in Analytics with this segment. Any pointers on this uneven traffic would be super helpful.

We have a website for 3 different geographies, therefore presented in 3 different languages. Our URL does not change for each geographic, only the HTML language setting does.We are now creating a Target popup in 3 different languages and would like it to appear according to the geographic that the user showed.Our consultant suggested doing it with geolocation, but not many people active this on desktop.Is there a way to activate the popup according to the HTML language? so if the user is in the EN version, it will see the English popup for instance?We also saw that it can be done via mbox. Is there any other way tho?thankss

 Hi, Can we use Adobe Target to serve a pop up message? For Example - We have a segment of uses that we want to serve a pop up message when they are on a certain section of the web site. Is there any documentation on this? Please advise. cheers, 

Hi, I've setup click tracking but I'm not seeing the metrics aggregate in reporting. When I click on the element, the call is sent ok, apparently everything is correct, but I don't see the clicks in the reports.Any ideas that what could be the problem?Thanks!

We have an activity with criteria recommend for you. Have enabled the back up recommendations as well.  However the backup recommendation is not returning any data for any new session created.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am new to Adobe Target so looking for tips on best way to set up the reporting on my newest activity I am working on. On our product pages, we have a standard CTA button that shows on all the pages. However, for a subset of pages, the label on the button and the place it links to changes. I need to track the clicks for both of those CTAs as different goals but I am running into an issue. Even though the CTAs have different labels and destinations, the identifier is exactly the same. They have the same class and are nested the same exact way on the page. Is there a good way for us to differentiate the two CTAs in the reporting area? 

I'm trying to update from Target extension 1 to Target extension 2 in Launch but I keep getting these errors when I deploy the build to my dev or staging environments:AT: request failed Error: Errors: sessionId query parameter is required;AT: [page-init] View delivery error Error: Errors: sessionId query parameter is required;Looking at the debugger, I see the calls to delivery do not have a value in sessionId:{"client":"xxxx","sessionId":"","version":"2.1.1"}If I check the first-party cookies for my domain, I see that I do have a 'mbox' cookie and it does have a value for 'session' in it. I was under the impression that at.js took care of all of this automatically (setting the cookie and pulling its value before sending requests). Am I missing something?I also get error:AT: request failed Error: Errors: field - [execute.mboxes] - global mbox is not allowed in mboxes.;Which I assume is some other difference between Target 1 and Target 2 I have overlooked which may be a separate issue.

Dear All, We are using AEM cloud and have been able to export the experience fragments from AEM to Adobe Target. They show under Offers inside Adobe Target. However, when I create an activity, and try to replace the content with Experience Fragment, it shows 0 results.  Has anyone else facing the same issue? Is there anything I am missing ? I need to set up an XT activity with the following requirements:Personalization should be seen in pages matching a certain page path and having a certain term on the query string.For page path requirement: show personalization on pages in a certain directory. E.g. pages in "/en/path1/"; therefore, /en/path1/thispage.html is a match (show personalization), /en/path1/thatpage.html is a match, etc. Any page under /en/path1/ will match.Query string requirement: in the querystring, must have certain terms such as "test2" in the params. Therefore, querystring=test1:test2 is a match, querystring=thisstring:test2 is also a match because "test2" is found. Putting both requirements together, this URL & query string would match and the personalization should be shown: https://www.mysite.com/en/path1/mypage.html?querystring=test1:test2 I set up an XT activity this way.Activity Location: https://www.mysite.com/enAND where path contains /en/path1/AND query

We need to make Adobe Target recommendation based on cart algorithm - "People who bought this bought those". These recommendations should work using both online and in-store purchases data uploaded. However, we have over 16000 store and 25000+ products. Users can chose a store nearby. How do we show products recommendations which is "in-stock" for the selected store? How do we upload offline inventory data and filter the recommendation products?

I asked this question in AA community but someone recommended that I post on here.So I am trying to standardize the way my company is trying to ready ab test results.  The main question I want to know is: Do we read the overall significance OR the % given at the target experience level?  66% or 93% ?  

Hey everyone, My company recently decided to move from the Adobe Analytics suite to Google, but we have also decided to continue using Adobe Target to our personalization efforts.My current situation is that we'll have to move all our current tags from Launch to GTM asap, which will not be a problem for most of the products. What I'm really struggling with is how am I supposed to do that for Adobe Target. I tried to look in the documentation pages, but there is no support to install Target with third-party tag management.Does anyone have an idea of how am I able to move forward with this setup? Are my only options to use Launch or hardcoded? I've seen some pages regarding Adobe Analytics and GTM, but nothing regarding Adobe Target. Thanks in advance!
