Description - It is a known issue that the Recommendations UI cannot be trusted. This is problematic. Why is this feature important to you - Without accurate data, troubleshooting and set-up is incredibly difficult.How would you like the feature to work - The counts and data should be accurate.Current Behaviour - It shows incorrect counts, it shows expired products, the data is mismatched. At a minimum, it should be made known that the UI is incorrect in the solution. Target can be used to put banners on websites, how about a banner on the catalog page that the data can't be trusted?

Description - Currently, there are a handful of limitations when just using the properties and workspaces method to attain multi-tenancy in Adobe Target with one instance. Why is this feature important to you - We are trying to accommodate several tenants or clients with one instance of Adobe Target for easier governance of all work done by each client. This is also important as confidentiality and privacy are at risk if admins can't control the view of all Target items for each user.  How would you like the feature to work - We would like to have a full-fledged multi-tenancy capability in Target that is easy to implement. All features in Adobe Target should have the capability to be filtered out/ limited in view depending on user permissions. Hi Adobe Product team - this idea has been raised previously multiple times with no response so raising it again.   While there are APIs available for Properties and Hosts, , currently there's no API that allows us to get names of workspaces. Workspaces are integral part of Adobe Target now and most of the other APIs return "workspace-IDs" in the response. End-users cannot understand the "IDs" which leads us to build custom solutions like a lookup table which is not an efficient solution.   We'd like to have an API that returns: 1. Workspace IDs 2. Corresponding workspace name 3. Optional - all property-IDs where this workspace has been used   Thanks in advance   Regards Rajneesh  

Description - Similar to how we can leverage the Blocklist to remove attributes or segments that should not influence AI models, it would be helpful if we could add 'weight' to other attributes/segments to help the model identify likely influential data. There are times when we think certain segments are likely to be a component to influence the models. My hypothesis is that by weighting these, it could help models that may be otherwise struggling to fully form.Why is this feature important to you - We have found in some situations where the AI was not able to generate working models with specific influential attributes and I'm wondering if this might help? Description - We have been trialling a number of Auto-Allocate/Target activities and we have unearthed that due to our geographical position we are unable to separate specific market/environment activities from the default environment when there are multiple environments present. The attempts to trial market specific activities results indicate that AI does not have an impact and the added reports (Pers. Insights/Important Attributes reports) not present. With the current documentation outlining that any activity that incorporates the default and another environment that it outlines the hits and conversions are 'Considered' but essentially requests are all served by the default environment. Why is this feature important to you - It is important to be able to run the AI tools within Target that are not reliant on using and including the default environment which is a huge limitation for us. Description - It would be great if we can have multiple goal metrics (ex- success rate of 10 buttons individually instead of one single goal metrics which counts success if anyone clicked any of 10buttons) Why is this feature important to you - In the current scenario, we can only set one goal metrics per activity, however in many use-cases we would require adding multiple goal metrics per activity. How would you like the feature to work - Would like to have the option to add multiple goal metrics per activity and to allow playing with these metrics in the A4T report to get the insights from the reports. Current Behaviour -  Currently we are allowed to set only one goal metric per activity.

Description - The feature request is to be able to split traffic evenly no matter how many experiences/variations you have. For example if you have 4 Target splits traffic 25/25/25/25. But if you have 6 Target doesn’t allow for decimal places and is effectively giving the control (or Experience A) 20% traffic and then splitting the rest evenly 16%. But really it should be 16.67% for all six (with technically one at 16.65%), but a difference of 0.02% is negligible unless we're talking about hundreds of millions of visitors, whereas a difference of 4% is much larger (20% control traffic - 16% other variations). So a rounding to 2 decimal points with a tweak to round to 100 for one experience is acceptable and done by other testing tools. Why is this feature important to you - Because if we want to split traffic evenly, which is standard practice, we should be able to, regardless of the amount of experiences/variations. How would you like the feature to work - Detailed

Have the "Sum of Sales Squared" available in A4T, since it is not available in Target when using A4T or have it still available for download from Target even if we use A4T. Description - Current Target APIs for List Offers and Creating Offers - do not return folders that offers belong to - allow creating Offer-folders - pushing new offers created using APIs into existing folders.   Why is this feature important to you - We use APIs extensively to manage and create offers. Folders provide a very clean way to organise offers, especially for accounts with hundreds of offers. Having above capabilities will reduce a lot of manual work thats currently required to move API-created-offers to Offer-folders.   How would you like the feature to work - 1. Description -Introducing logs that enable the validation of the status and invocation times of Target APIs. With regards to batchUpdate, these logs not only provide insight into the status and timing of the service invocation, but also furnish additional details concerning the completion (or error) of updating profiles and attributes. Why is this feature important to you -It would enhance visibility into response times and the status of all Target calls, thereby facilitating better management and analysis of them.

Most of our mobile pages are AMP pages. Description - VEC's Custom code sections allows Adobe Target users to add HTML code to amend the web experiences. However, it lacks integration with Offers library which means users have to copy-paste similar code multiple times.  Why is this feature important to you - This feature brings reusability and reduces chances of error while copy-pasting the code. Seasoned JavaScript developers may provide the templatised code and marketers may refer to it to save time and avoid errors. We use many templates and having this feature will help in accelerating adoption of personalisation.  How would you like the feature to work - Similar to Form based composer, there should be an option to select  existing offers from the Offers library Current Behaviour - There's no option to use existing Offers library in the VEC unless we copy-paste. Description - One of the biggest selling points of Adobe Target to marketers is the ability to greatly reduce IT dependence. Hello All,Profile scripts are code snippets defined within Target using a form of server-side JavaScript. Using Profile Script we're targeting Visitors based on their behavioral information/segment filtering. For Our Client we have created many Profile Scripts to target visitors based on visitor behavior across site. Few times i had mistakenly edited/modified the profile script which is in LIVE and it affected many activities which is in LIVE, for resolving this i had contacted Customer service and they provided me the previous version of script by checking the Adobe Target Server Splunk Log and it took very long time to resolve this and also we can't always do the same to resolve this and few times i had developed the code again from the scratch since those are High Priority Activities. For Avoiding this i'm strongly Suggesting/Recommending here to Add/Include Version/Revision feature to Profile Scripts.Thanks,Charles

Description -Create an API that allows fetches several profiles using an attribute and value as input. This way it would be possible with a single call to know which profiles have the value X in the attribute Y without having to make the call profile by profile. Why is this feature important to you -It helped to validate the information that is on Target without having to make an invocation per profile. How would you like the feature to work -Passing an attribute and a value as input, obtain all profiles that have that value and that attribute. Put the response in Json or XML due to the volume of data it may contain. Current Behaviour -Validation of attributes per profile (single request)  

Description - When a Target user creates a copy of an activity, the reporting presets are not copied to the new activity. Why is this feature important to you - I have some activities with lots of metrics added to reporting presets and having to redo them when I copy the activity is time consuming. How would you like the feature to work - When a user creates a copy of a Target activity, copy the reporting presets to the new activity. Current Behaviour - When a user creates a copy of a Target activity, the reporting presets are not copied to the new activity.

Description - Since the launch of the new UX any archived activities are shown by default - we have a lot of archived activities often with similar names for different iterations that we keep for data or code retention. Would it be possible to ensure archived tests are hidden by default to make it simpler to see which are the recent/relevant activities?We can go in and filter out Archived tests, but this setting is not persistent and so becomes cumbersome having to do it each time I view a list of activities. 

Description - Block WebSDK updates to the Target Recommendations Catalog done through console by running alloy script. Why is this feature important to you - For security reasons and avoid unauthenticated updating of contents on the page which could change the dynamics of the web page.  How would you like the feature to work - A way to prevent the console updates from WebSDK from overriding the updates sent in through the API, block particular fields from WebSDK updates or block WebSDK updates entirely. Current Behavior - A malicious visitor could potentially run the same call but add a different content to it. This change will show up in their, and everyone else's, recommendation feed within a few minutes and will stay there until the next nightly script run. Description - Similar to WorkFront's email function, we'd like to be able to directly message or alert Adobe Target users within our organization if we have an important update, change, or issue to communicate with them. The functionality would exist within Target - either being able to compose/send an email to all users (without having to manually esport a list of all users and compose the email in Outlook) or being able to have a pop up message appear when users log in.Why is this feature important to you - It's cumbersome to have to export a list of all users and import it into a manual email when we need to communicate with all enterprise Target users - especially when we know this capability is available within other Adobe products (e.g., WorkFront).How would you like the feature to work - The functionality would exist within Target - either being able to compose/send an email to all users (without having to manually esport a list of all users and compose the email in Outlook

Description -Currently in order to use zip codes for audience creation you must enter each zip code on its own line in the Target interface. It would be a time saving feature if you could upload a CSV of zip codes rather than having to enter each zip code on its own line. 

We are trying to tidy up our Recommendations catalog - there are a lot of old Collections that we would like to delete, but we are unable to as they are still being referenced by old activities.  It's starting to slow down our productivity and as many Collections have similar names it's difficult to see which should/shouldn't be used. Ideally, when you open a Collection, it would be good to be able to see the activit(ies) are using/referencing that collection.

Description - Create a new Product Role in Adobe Target that gives a user all the capabilities of an Approver with the ability to access and edit Administration settings, while then also removing an Approver's ability to access and edit Administration settings since they impact all Workspaces, not just the ones where the user has Approver access. Why is this feature important to you - We've have several instances where someone (there are no logs even available for us to pinpoint the user) changed an Administration setting without alerting anyone that then had a negative impact on all Workspaces. This has left us scrambling on a few occasions to pinpoint the issue - with no control on limiting access to these settings to our true Adobe Target admins. How would you like the feature to work - As stated above, remove an Approver's ability to access/edit Administration settings and create a new Product Role (perhaps just naming in "Administrator"), who has all the a

Description - I would like the option to extend the Visitor Profile Lifetime up to 365 days Why is this feature important to you - This feature is important because on average our customers visit our site once every 6 months. Being able to have their visitor info from the last time we saw them would allow us maximize our ability to serve up a personalized experience even if we have not seen them for awhile. How would you like the feature to work -  Current Behavior - We currently have our Visitor Profile set to the max allowed of 90 days.
