Beginner Question - What strategies do you use to AB experiment a website that is not exactly an ecommerce website but is similar in terms of its offerings and services. (Adobe Target)1. How do you test AI chatbot and help section?2. How do you include MVT testing?3. And how do you leverage "recommendations" in Adobe Target and build tests? 

Hoping to get some additional help/insight into how Total Sales (Control Offer) is determined for a brand-new test. Do we need to run the test for a few days ahead of the full test to get an idea of what the control offer generates? Is there best practice guidance into how this is done? Any help here would be appreciated!

Hi Everyone,I've set up an experience targeting activity with the following configurations:Experience A: Displays a cycling hero image with a unique CTA on the homepage for users in the "Bronze" Loyalty segment.Experience A0: Displays a beach-walking hero image with a different CTA on the homepage for users in the "Gold" Loyalty segment.I’m using localhost (we-retail) for testing. For audience creation, I've set the profile parameter to equal "Bronze," which I can confirm is correctly reflected in the AEP platform debugger (please see the screenshot)However, despite being qualified for the "Bronze" audience, I’m not consistently seeing the intended experience. Most of the time, the default hero image and CTA are displayed instead. Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hello,  I have a quick question. I wonder if it is possible to update existing visitor profiles or create new ones using the sendEvent command from alloy (no tag manager available). I know that on page load in the first sendEvent command you can pass profile Params to target inside the data.__adobe.. property but I don’t know if I can pass new params during the runtime of the page for example when a user do something within an activity for example clicking the add to cart button. also would be great to know if that works not only for existing profile params passed in the first sendEvent on page load but also to new ones I come up along the way. thank you all a lot!

I already creating my adobe target configuration , IMS configuration , and also the legacy cloud service configuration.But when I try to Export my content fragment to adobe target is Failed is somebody know what is the issue ?But if in experience fragment is working fine.

Is it possible to use Rawbox API and show the customer last seen products? 

Hi,My organization is planning on running a test and we are interested in using the RPV metric to determine success. Currently, we are trying to use the Adobe Target Sample Size Calculator to gauge how long we can expect to run this test. In various fields of the calculator, a "CSV download from Target" is referenced. Can anyone direct me to where I can find this CSV download? Any guidance or other tips on the RPV metric is appreciated. 

What I need to send to Target in order to have bestseller recommendations using web sdk? What specific data needs to be send to Target after transaction has been made?

Is it possible to set up an A/B-test based on an adobe audience segment that control an iframe? Example: Variant A contains one iframe content. Variant B contains another iframe content. If possible, how do you set this up? Is this a form based or visual based experiment or something else? Thanks!

Is it possible to target the audience that has a list of email IDs pushed to the audience manager from Marketo? The audience does reflect in Target but I'm not sure if using that Marketo audience will work at all or not. Or any other alternative solution to get that audience list. 

I am trying to setup separate AB test for four pages on the same website that are based on a very similar template. For all pages I see the changes in the Target interface, but through the QA links, in incognito, I see the changes only for two pages, and no change for two pages. I have tried opening them in separate incognito windows, setting them up from scratch, deleting cookies, using multiple computers/browsers to test the links,... and two AB test previews consistently work - I can see the network call "delivery" - the other two AB tests don't work and I don't see the "delivery" network call. Update: Mbox wasn't enabled on some of the pages, everything works now.

Adobe Target lets you target on any of several category attributes, including visitors who use a specific browser or browser options when they visit your page. Starting with the Target Standard/Premium 24.3.1 (March 4-6, 2024), built-in audiences created using the Target UI, such as Browser:iPad and Browser:iPhone will be updated to perform proper targeting for iPad and iPhone using profile.mobile.deviceVendor, profile.mobile.isMobilePhone and profile.mobile.isTablet. Visual Experience Composer helper extension (April 23, 2024) The legacy Target Visual Experience Composer helper extension was created using Manifest V2.
