Hello Everyone,We created one A/B test but we didn't activate the test till now, but still it is showing unique visitors number in the report.What may be the cause?.Is it needed to create another A/B test instead of activating the same.Thanks,Sushmitha
I am creating an A/B test which I need to run at a certain time of the day. When creating rules for the audience, underneath 'Time Frame' it says 'GMT +00:00'. Is there a way to change this, as I am currently in PT timezone (-7 hours GMT)? Or do I have to just allow for the time difference and set the time for my activity to be 7 hours earlier than what is actually required?
i looked through the ClickStream data feed column reference, but couldn't find detail explanations on this. I seem to see multiple campaign IDs in one hit in our ClickStream data but I am not sure. Thank you!
Since we're not living and working in a perfect world, I think that having the flexibility to override the css selector that Target uses when we choose "Clicked an element" in the "Goal and Settings" step would be so welcomed by a lot of us.Not all websites have a perfectly safe and sound DOM. Since Target decides by itself which css element selector string it uses, it is not always the best approach because it could result in having a lot of the html structure to never be changed... but that ain't always possible in real life. Having a "CSS Element Selector" field like the one in the A/B workflow, in the "Experiences" step would be perfect.Of course you would need to add validations and alerts...Is there anybody that see a benefit for this kind of feature?
Currently the Browser --> Language option when creating audiences only supports specific browser languages. Targeting "English" language browsers only works when 1) the user's browser language is set to "English" NOT "English (United Kingdom)", "English (United States)" etc OR2) "English" is at the top of the list in the user's list of browser languagesThis specificity significantly restricts the targeting ability, and it would be nice to have an option to support all the browser languages using the Target UI.
Currently we can use the profile fetch API to view the data associated with a particular profile when I know the thirdpartyID or tntID. It would be nice if there is a way to see all available profiles, how many users satisfy a particular profile attribute, what are the other attributes for users with a given attribute value etc.
Hello everyone,We are currently running an A4T A/B test. This test was launch on August 8th but there was no data coming into Analytics, nor Target until August 20th which is the day the issue was fixed. We are now seeing data in Analytics and Target. Also, we'd asked the Adobe client care team to provide us the data while it was not coming into Target. So now we have data from three different platforms: Analytics, Target and the backend database (that the client care provided). I know that the database data will not match Analytics and Target but they should at least show the same trend. Target show B is the winner whereas Analytics shows A as the winner. Not sure which platform to trust. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation? I'd love to hear your thoughts/ recommendations. We could stop the test and start with a clean slate but again what's the guarantee that the data will match?Thank you.Neha
Hi Experts,Newbie here in Target :-).We have setup a A/B campaign.The experience seems to work. Nevertheless, there is one curious number, the confident rate one. After a day we got over 99% of confidence while the traffic on this website is not high enough to generate this kind of confident rate after a day. (refer attached screenshot)I've gone through Adobe Target documentation but I'm not able to follow the concepts.Adobe Link - Average Lift, Lift Bounds, and Confidence Interval Please help.Thanks,PV
Currently the only way to create a combined audience is from inside of an activity. Additionally when you create a combined audience from the activity in question it is only an "Activity-Only Audience". It does not become available in the "Audience Library" to be used in other activities. The feature being requested is that we should be able to: a.) Build a combined audience. b.) Check a box to have this audience show up in the Target Audience List so that we can use it in any activity we choose to.
Sometimes the default host group for reporting is changed and hence activities do not show reporting data. It would be good to know when the change happened and by whom so that such issues can be monitored.
What is the difference between Favorite Category and First Category in Category Affinity? Do both reference user.categoryAffinities[0]?
Hi all, in order to generate mboxTrace we need to either rely of generating Debugger token manually or use Chrome Extension. The API used is:https://trace.testandtarget.omniture.com/v1/tokenCurrently Adobe don't expose the API that generates Debugger token as part of their Adobe I/O set of APIs - would be great if this API is addd to Adobe I/O as well. Here are 3 scenarios where generating this token using an API will be beneficial:1. In our organisation, Chrome is not a recommended browser and we cannot add any extensions because of security reasons. 2. Current mboxTrace doesn't give you segment names so we are looking to make 2 calls - one to get IDs and second to get their names - this will make troubleshooting much easier3. We are creating our own version of Debugger which covers some other tools that are used by our marketing team - think of it as a s Super-Debugger.Regards,Rajneesh
Hi,I have integrated AEM(6.4) with Adobe Target using API credentials and after that i have created and exported a experience fragment which has an image component.Now when i directly open the experience fragment it is working fine but when i add/embed that experience fragment in page from Target i am getting 404 for that image.The issues comes with AEM core image component as now in core image component the path of the image didn't starts with /content/dam as it is now component path in page/content/experience-fragments/experience-fragment-latest/master/_jcr_content/root/image.coreimg.1920.jpeg/1567621922038.jpegAs you can see image component embed width and jpeg quality by its own but when we embed that experience fragment in our page from target the image path get updated to /content/experience-fragments/testing/master/_jcr_content/root/image.coreimg.82.1920.jpeg/1567621455905.jpeg.So AEM didn't get that path and give 404 for that image.Regards,Chirag S.

Hi Guys,I have a pop-up in a page and I would like to setup a Target activity.I've gone through the documentation (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/t_test_ab.html) but not able to understand it completely.Note:I would like to show this pop-up only for logged in customers. Hi,We don't have Recommendations but Target Standard. I'd like to use the Category Affinity algoritme, and are sending in product category as you can see in the request example below.However, setting up an XT activity using a audience where I uses the Category Affinity doesn't put me into the activity.I'm wondering if the Category Affinity only works with a product-collector mbox or if I can use the global?Hope someone can clarify this to me /Løjmann
It would be really great to be able to put audiences into folders similar to what can be done with Offers. This way we can organize our audiences and it would be much easier to find a specific one - for insance all domain specific audiences can go into a domain folder, PDP's in a PDP folder, QA audiences in a QA folder, etc.- Robert Rosetta

Currently, users are able to look up user access reports in Analytics but would like to as well in Target, like they previously were in the Target Classic interface.
Hi fellow Target users, I am wondering if inactive experiments are still making server calls on targeted pages and as a consequence making impact on my page performances. I know paused Optimizely tests are still making these server calls and therefore they advise users to archive finished tests. Anyone any experience with this issue? Thanks a lot.
Is it possible to export the data within recommendations catalog? Or even a collection or exclusion?I'm looking to extract all of the IDs within an exclusion in order to run the delete entities API with the full list of IDs from the exclusion. In order to minimize impact to the business, I would like to avoid deleting the entire catalog.
Simple question - started an A/B test. Had to change my target audience a day or two in. I updated the audience yesterday, but am seeing no change. Do I have to reset the test?

We are currently passing data to a field called “category” in the Data Catalogue of Target. The field is being populated properly with values however when we try to consume the data to define a value in the design we are building for a recommendations activity, no value is showing up. Is this a known limitation?
I created an activity in Adobe Target that has an Experience that runs 100% to test custom code. I checked off the box to let the code run in the head. The custom code is a jQuery document ready that then makes a requireJS call (asynchronous) to load another JS file. Once that file loads, it executes a console.log message.I noticed that every time this experience runs, this custom code runs twice, so the console message is shown twice.I found another thread here dated April 2016 where Adobe staff said there was a bug in Adobe Target, and it would get fixed in May 2016.Extra link rendering after recent Target updatesIt seems this problem still exists for Ajax calls in custom code. Is there still a problem in Adobe Target? I had to employ the workaround in that other thread, but I am not satisfied that I have to use this workaround.
