Hi,We used Adobe Target to set up and run AB/ MVT tests through the Visual editor and through form based tests. We use another companies software to replay user sessions and I wondered if there was any way of identifying which experience a customer had been entered into by looking at the cookie values?Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hello,I am calling the Single Profile API from many IP Address/GEO from across the globe.  Is this something that is supported by the Adobe servers.  Can I pass the IP address in the API call to ensure that the profile is updated in a timely fashion and properly targeted?  Please note that I am not targeting in Geo Location but have experienced delays in using the profile update API in the past. Thanks!

I recently switched over from Target Classic to Target Premium and am having some revenue discrepancies. The revenue data coming in through Premium is down on average of about 30% per day compared to Classic data. The impressions data is also inconsistent, but not consistently down. Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the cause of this difference? Thanks!

Hi,I am looking for a solution to provide real time personalization to end users based on the data gathered in analytics. Basically, I am looking for a solution where I can provide personalization using Adobe Target based on the user's click map rate across multiple sites on the internet. I know that we can create segments or audiences in Adobe analytics but importing these segments to Adobe Target will take some time. Is there any way we can use Adobe Target, DTM and Adobe Analytics together to provide real time personalized contents to the end users based on their behaviour across the multiple sites on the internet?Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,Wondering if there is a way to track when a particular block of text is on a page? There is a CSS selector in the code that contains the text in question (under certain conditions), which is not in the HTML when no text/message is present.I initially thought of simply tracking when a button was clicked and the selector in question is in the markup. In theory, this would get me both the number of visitors exposed to the message, as well as conversions when the button was clicked and the message was present.Is this the most practical route? I am setting up an A/B test where with multiple template rules. I keep getting this promptSome of the values for template testing rules contain white spaces. If these are added by mistake please remove them OR add proper encoding for the whitespaces.  We have several campaigns that share the same locations(mboxes). Campaigns specified on different AEM env.(DEV, TEST,PROD) and for some env. incorrect campaign pulled from AT on publish instance.E.gThere are two campaigns DEV_Industry_campaign for AEM DEV env. and TEST_Industry_campaign for AEM TEST env.This two campaigns share the same mbox(content-test-website-par-text). For DEV env. pulled correct campaign(DEV_Industry_campaign), but for TEST evn. pulled DEV_Industry_campaign and mbox cannot be loaded.Is it possible to bind the campaign based on host or other attributes? Perhaps there are best practices for creating, testing and use the campaigns that share mbox locations on different AEM env?

Good morning Target Community,I'm trying to set up an Activity in which I want to track conversion from one page to the next. To do this, I added a page to an existing experience and created a segment to my combined audience to track said conversions. However, when I attempt to go through the page flow, the global mbox is firing, but I'm not getting into the experience on the subsequent page.Additionally, I generated an Authentication Token, in which I'm getting "unmatchedIds" returned:"campaignId": 152962, "campaignName": "Campaign Name", "unmatchedSegmentIds": [ 1520742 ], "unmatchedTargetIds": [ 2409501, 2409087 ] },Any guidance you can provide on tracking additional pages, or how to solve the issue of unmatched IDs, is appreciated.- Brion

Hi,I am evaluating a migration from mbox.js to at.js and have encountered an issue. I have replaced mbox.js to at.js with an auto create mbox setting.When I try to setup an experience using form based setup: any javascript in the HTML offer works perfectly but if I add some html for e.g.:" <div> hiii </div> " , it does not appear anywhere on the page.With mbox.js I was able to view the HTML offer in the target-global-mbox div on the page. Where exactly does at.js create an mbox, and why is this mbox not visible in the generated html of the page?

Hi, I'm trying to run an A/B test. I have multiple changes in my test page so rather than use the WYSIWYG tool to create my test page  I'm going to build the page in HTML and I want to find a way of pushing this HTML code for my test page live in Target. I've been looking at the help topics and I'm not sure of the best option to use. I'm not sure the code editor gives me what I need, is there another option?Can anyone provide some guidance here?Many thanks.

I recently created a profile script which captures whether or not the login page has been seen by a visitor: if(page.url.indexOf("/login") > -1){  return "hasSeenLogin"} Checking with mboxTrace, I have seen the user parameter working within the same session as the login page view. Hello,I am looking for a method replacement for  mboxCurrent.getParameters() returns all the parameters passed during mbox call (used to be available in earlier mbox.js) in target premium (at.js response) which i can use. I know there are methods for example mbox.param('param_name') but it only work for single parameter when you know the name.I have checked available api at https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/r_variables_profiles_parameters_methods.html but did not find the replacement.Looking for help.Thanks,Pawan

Hi, potentially very niche conversion tracking logic below:We have a series of actions on our secure site which do not trigger a confirmation page on a uniquely identifiable URL. Instead, the visitor is taken back to the account overview page, and shown a 'Successful transaction' type message (within a div).The confirmation message is the only evidence of the conversion, and appears only when a transaction is completed on the previous page. The div is removed from the HTML after a couple seconds (not just hidden, gone entirely).Ideally we'd create an Mbox on this div, but my concern is that it is removed from the page. Clearly we can't add/change content in this case, but would a 'viewed mbox' conversion still trigger?We currently capture the success metric via Google Tag Manager passing a success event in to the data layer. Is there any way that Target could capture this metric in a similar way? Could we, for example, pass a temporary parameter in to an existing mbox, and track views

I setup an form-based activity and get to the point at which I need to get the preview links for the test. When I click "View Experience URLs" I get the message "ERROR   Failed to generate preview links". In the browser developer console, I see that the response from the server is a 500 error.Did something break?

I have an MVT test I'd like to run. I'll be targeting a specific industry vertical, and in addition to rearranging the page (removing certain divs), I'd like to change a lot of copy, finding out what works best through a full factorial test. Is this possible? I don't seem to be able to target containers for removal.
